Sound traveled very easily within the building. It was hard to sleep when you could hear every footstep and other noises. Staff was pretty grumpy too.

Rooms were pretty dated and at €350 per night I'm not sure the value was there. If you're on a budget and want to do a luxury night this is not the place to spend your money. You are definitely paying for location.

The hotel appears to be in decline, with signs of rushed, low-quality renovation. Damaged floor tiles in the bathroom, old and different knobs for hot/cold water in the shower made it difficult to use. Dirty shower head and illogically low placed hooks. Very basic furnishings: a squeaky metal bunk bed and a large, dirty wardrobe with no shelves or hangers — plus a broken handle. The TV had exposed wires sticking out, which looked unsafe, especially for children. The view from our window was of a garbage area. Breakfast was poor, from not sweet options - only toast bread, two types of cold cuts, one cheese, and scrambled eggs. Muesli was available, but there was no milk, only water or coffee. Juice machine was not working, or possibly turned off to save costs. Overall, the experience felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel — definitely not worth 3 stars.

Beautiful location directly by the lake. Easy access to nature and the surrounding area. Private parking right in front of the hotel (paid option)

We travelled with a dog and we asked at the reception to clean the room floor but this not happenned. Considering the extra charge for the dog, we expected more attention on this.

Staff was very friendly and understanding. We reached after 10pm they waited for us, found a proper place to park my car. Took our suitcases to 3rd floor since the lift was not working that day, and we were tired. That was a kind gesture. Next day only the lift was repaired. Breakfast is complementary and quite good. The view from our room is jaw dropping

Rooms were super nice for the price and the breakfast was amazing. By far the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in our trip. Super friendly staff that made us feel welcome and helped us enjoy our stay. Beautiful hotel on either stunning lake views.

I stayed one night at this charming mountain hotel, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a picturesque setting. From my room, there was a stunning view of the lake, which made the mornings truly special. The room was very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and fragrant, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of hiking around the area. The breakfast, though simple, was very tasty, and the staff made sure everything was constantly replenished. There was always hot coffee and fresh products available. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional service at the reception, which was helpful and always ready to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat with beautiful views and excellent service.

The bathroom was very small, but we expected that. The only real downside was the smell — probably due to the humidity, as we stayed during rainy weather. It could use proper airing out and drying, as there was a slight musty, mold-like odor.

The hotel is located by a lake, in a very beautiful area. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, which we paid for separately (€10). The hotel itself is simple, but everything worked, which is the most important thing. The price was reasonable and matched what was offered.

The parking if booked small rooms were additional 10€ per day which i feel isn't appropriate since all are hotel clients. We had to upgrade the room to get the parking inclusive

The view from the room was superb with the lake and mountains together. The staffs were very welcoming especially Mr. Zeeshan (Shan) who was very friendly
