Great location, great size room, great customer service

There is a bit of stairs to get there and in the hot sun of summer it can be a little inconvenient but nothing mayor. The breaksfast included in the reservation was enough for us (small bread, hot and fresh beverage) but if you are expecting something more complex, you will need to pay for it.

The location was perfect, 2 blocks from Taormina center. Carlotta was the best host, always helpfull since we made the booking and upon arrival as well. The facilities were very modern, comfortable and clean.

We had a very warm welcome from Carlotta , and her apartment cozy and very nice , modern and comfortable. We had some welcome drinks in the fridge , which was very much appreciated. A lovely bathroom , comfortable bed . Great location, a 2 mins walk to the main thoroughfare Corso Umberto with all the shops , cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment, and would definitely stay again . Grazie mille Carlotta 🙏

Nothing to complain about!

Check in was very easy and fast. There were water and softdrinks waiting for us in the fridge as welcome. Carlotta, the owner, is an absolute gem. Whenever we had a question she almost instantly replied, had a lot of suggestions regarding restaurants, sightseeing,… Leaving the luggage after check out wasn‘t a problem and we could even keep the room a bit longer since we had a late flight.

The Perfect Stay in Taormina. Thanks to Carlotta & Alberto! Our stay in Taormina was nothing short of magical, and that’s entirely thanks to our incredible hosts, Carlotta and Alberto. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly at home. The apartment itself was perfect. It was immaculately clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need, and located literally a minute walk from the charming main street of Taormina. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing after warm days out exploring, and the windows brought in beautiful natural light and fresh air. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Carlotta and Alberto’s warmth, thoughtfulness, and hospitality. They didn’t just host us. They helped us arrange a half-day visit to smaller, off-the-beaten-path towns that we never would have discovered on our own, a highlight of our trip. To our surprise and delight, they even provided us with free tickets to the Taormina Film Festival, an unforgettable evening in one of the most iconic settings in the world. And when it was time to leave, they made sure our return to the airport was smooth and stress-free. Staying here felt like visiting old friends who just happen to live in the most beautiful town in Sicily. Carlotta and Alberto’s hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail created memories we’ll cherish for years to come. Perfect location in the center of Taormina. Main street is just a few steps away. Check-in was quick and the host was very friendly. Apartment was new. Really nice place! We had also breakfast in a local cafe (but they charged us for a drink that - it was a bit messy and we informed the host about this). So just be sure about the breakfast possibility.

Very hard to think of anything. Unloading luggage to room was a challenge while parking on side of the road but Carlotta was very helpful there too!

Very well thought out design and very clean. Room was “cozy” with not an inch to spare. Updated everywhere with a great TV. The manager Carlotta was simply great with lots of info about everything.

Carlotta is a gracious host, she met us there and let us know all we needed to know about her property. It is perfectly situated between Taoromina’s most popular historic sites, and close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it for a visit to this lovely city of hills! Thank you Carlotta! There were cockroaches in the room sometimes. It is better to find a solution for that. But apart from that there was no problem

Very central place. Our room was cleaned every day. It was also very spacious. Carlotta is a perfect host. She was in touch with us all the time, also reccomended many places to visit/try.

We stayed on the room number 1 facing to the street. So at night was hard to sleep as it was noisy.

Really close to the shuttle bus stop and cable car. Also really close to the main street. Easy self check in. Modern accommodation. They also were nice leaving coffee, water, drinks and cake for free.
