Nice hotel very quiet and clean!

There was a very unpleasant smell both mornings of my stay that faded into the day. Not sure if it was coming from the plumbing or something from outside.

Very friendly and attentive staff, early check in, possibility to store bicycle, great WiFi, room cleaning, reasonable price, comfortable bed, Air-conditioning.

There were no elevators to get you to the second floor where the office is. No elevators to get up to your room except for some back secret ones and when we tried to take them down, we got trapped in an area that you couldn’t exit. There needs to be more signs with directions on where to go to check in and what staircases or elevators to use.

The area in Rome. Not so pleasant to be around that area. Some rooms have no access to lifts…but there are some rooms which can be accessed with a lift.

Just a heads-up—there’s no elevator, and air conditioning comes at an extra €5 per night. A minor point, but worth noting.

The area is not very nice

Clean and nice hotel not far from the railway station, 20 minutes by foot from Coliseum. Spacious bathroom, a lot of towels.

Would have liked hotter water for our shower. It might be a good idea to have a coffee machine and fridge available either in the rooms or in the communal kitchen A power point close to the bed would be handy

Did what it said on the tin. Cheap hotel which was good value for money. No AC - had to pay extra for this.

The bathroom door lock was not working, There was no balcony. The only window opens in a common terrace, you will find people walking around, so you can't always keep it open. It was a bit hot during the day and the AC was not working (they asked for 5 euro to turn it on), which was not very amusing.

There is no elevator. If you are travelling with heavy luggage please be aware that reception and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Very nice and cozy hotel near the Roma Termini station. Metro station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Our flight was very early in the morning and they help us to order mini van to the Airport. It was cheaper than order some Uber.

The location was not desirable. A long walk past small traders and police attending on both days. We did feel safe walking, but don't recommend walking alone.

The hotel room was very comfortable but only 1 hard chair was provided. All modern bathroom facilities with heated towel rack. Thank you.The nearby ancient architectural building was beautiful and open to the public. Free entry.

There was no elevator ,only stairs. Also there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was really spacious (we had a room for 3), also spacious and comfortable bathroom. The hotel is at a very good location, close to the Metro station (about 5 min. walk) although at night perhaps it doesn't feel very safe due to homeless, drunk, etc people that gather around.

I lacked a refrigerator, warm drinks are not nice if hotness, and for snacks, sandwiches, etc., a refrigerator is needed.

Quick check-in, 3 minutes, at the reception they helped solve the problem with the phone, I liked that there were no problems, check in and live)), the room was adequate, clean, they cleaned every day. There is one stop from Termini, there is a transition from one metro line to another, without going upstairs, with one ticket, so there are no problems in any part of the city, in general, the location is also good, I went to the distant outskirts, generally out of town to the place of execution Apostle Paul by metro without transfers. In short, I liked everything.

The location is terrible & the neighborhood is Chinese African & Arab. Nothing Italian. Only one site within walking distance. Would not go out after dark. Not good for solo travel. Coffee & tea should be available in the morning. Vending machines are proven breeding grounds for bugs & bacteria.

The staff was exceptional. Professional & service you would expect at a luxury hotel. Very clean. Nice common area. Room & bath are a nice size but dark.

The bed pillows weren't comfortable at all and there was water on the floor in the bathroom I guess from the "fake" bide'. Yeah no bide in the bathroom.

It was a nice place a bit overpriced for the value and the neighborhood. Clean for sure!

No elevator!!

We took a triple bed room in this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and exceptionally large in size. Hotel’s location is good.very near to a metro station and the main Roma terminal also not so far. All the staffs are friendly. As we were from Bangladesh and this hotel area is near to the Bangladeshi restaurant it was a plus point for us…
