Very noisy from the street, definitely overpriced (500 euro per night for a a living room and a bedroom without window). No facilities in the hotel and minimal breakfast. One of the bathrooms was so narrow that you had to step over the bidet to reach the toilet. The vent was just a hole in the wall that you would hear what people talk on the street through it. Although it was acceptable, I am only highlighting the fact that its not a 4 star 500 euro place.

The Sun Terrace was closed which for June is not acceptable for a 4 Star hotel. Hotel location on a hairpin bend made the room very noisy both inside and on the balcony.

The hotel is on top location. We had sea view with beautiful sunrise. Near is cable car and city center Taormina, you can go by walking, 3 min. Room was clean and large for 4 people, 2 balconies. Comfortable bed and pillows. The road is bellow the hotel. It was a little bit disturbing, but owerall it is a very good hotel. Parking is a few meters from hotel, 15eur/day.

Great view from the lobby and breakfast room. Hotel location is on the main road, so it was too noisy and we could hear the cars all night. Not good sound isolation. The rooms at -1 and -2 are almost at the road level and are dusty and very noisy. Overpriced for what you receive as service. For 4 star hotel - no complement bottle of water and no indoor slippers.

Sound insulation outside was excellent, however with the next door room is poor, you could hear bodily functions in the bathroom next door. I also did not realize when purchasing the room that the hotel is in a hairpin bend of the main road going into town, so sitting in the balcony/terrace was not much fun.

The building. Whoever designed this hotel was not aware of ANYTHING. Our room room was on -3, with a big balcony/garden area. A main road was next to our room, however it wasn’t the biggest problem. The walls were paper thin, and unfortunately our neighbor was Italian. Why is it a huge problem? Because Italian reality shows end at 2AM! Ridiculous…and their tv was on the same paper thin wall as our head on the bed. Every night we woke up to this. And our neighbor wasn’t even watching tv on a high volume. After we fall asleep again, we woke up for the sound of the washing machine from the basement. Bathroom was clean but the pressure of the water was tricky and barely hot. And even on one afternoon when we wanted to have a nap, we heard the sound of the jacuzzi I guess…however we never made it to the spa as it was on the pictures but not available for us…..

The staff was absolutely amazing! From the first meeting they were recommending things around to visit, made us sure to feel the most comfortable possible. During the breakfast there was a big variety of food, both salty and sweet. The staff was here also super nice, any egg dish we wished for was available, also special request. The staff is the heart of this place. The hotel was really close to the city center.
