We loved the apartment, the cleaness, the facilities and the location The owner was kind enough to help us wirh the parking permit for zone C and D The apartment is across a nice pasticeria which has great quality products (pistacio cream stuff, canoli, etc)

We absolutely loved the property, we booked the second floor with pricate terrace apartment, and it was amazing. Everything was super clean, not even the smallest dust particle was there. As our first holiday as a family of 3, with a toddler, we really loved to have an outside door, so the baby could breath a little bit of fresh air early in the morning, soak in the sun and vitam D, and have a lovely time off after baby bedtime. The position was perfect, literally 5 minutes away from beach. Even if it was a second floor, so under the roof, it was always very cool and never hot. We cannot recommend this enough.

I am very picky and I have to say they had everything we needed and very clean. If I had to suggest anything, a cooler to bring down to the beach would be a great add on to everything they have already.

We had 3 external conditioner units on the balcony and they created the additional heat.

The location was perfect - close to the beach and to the center. The apartment was very clean and well provided. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. We loved the balcony. The shower was spacious. It was great to have the washing machine as well. As a bonus - the best gelateria in town was just opposite.

The host Salvo met us at the property on the day of our arrival, but he was already super helpful before we even got there. He provided us with the parking permit as we drove in from the airport, sent us a suggested route to avoid road closures and key information on what to expect when we arrived at the property. The property itself was very spacious for our family of four, it was clean and tidy, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay (i.e., washing machine, dishes and silverware, bedsheets and towels, hairdryer, etc.). The apartment is in a key location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Thank you for making this a great experience for us!

Great location, not far from the beach. Excellent communication from the beginning — they were very flexible, and late check-in was no problem. They also arranged street parking, although it wasn’t possible to park close to the apartments. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious with big terrasse, which is really a big plus! It was clean and ready for our stay. The communication with our host Salvo was easy and he responded to any question very quickly. Location of the apartment is really nice, very close to the beautiful beach as well as to the center for nice evening walks. We were here at the end of May, so it was still calm season and not crowded.

Salvo was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. When my dad left his credit card behind, he drove it across town to return it to him at his hotel. The location is incredible and the place is really well-equipped. We loved that it was set up for beachgoers (washing machine, outdoor sink and drying rack). Excellent shower and strong AC.

The things that were less conveniant have nothing to do with Talos Apartments. It takes time and patience to find an available parking spot where the permit you are given is valid. And the second thing is related to selective thrash which must be done propertly and only disposed in certain days (the schedule is conveniently displayed so you know what and when to dispose).

We liked everything! A fully equipped apartment with working appliances, two comfortable bedrooms, a large dining area containing also the kitchen. Ten minutes away from the beach, five minutes away from the nearest supermarket, two minites away from the nearest restaurant. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The host provided a parking permit for our car.

Worderfull appartment right in the center of the village and 5 minutes walking from the wonderful beach os San Vito.

Very close to city centre but still in quiet street. many cafes and small shops nearby; kind and helpful owners - helped us when we needed.

We had a second room ‘mansarda’ with low slanted ceilings that our very tall travel companions didn’t appreciate. It was stated but we didn’t realise st time of booking. Not the hosts fault. One of the air conditioners didn’t blast cool air on first night but host resolved it next day. Very attentive host; these things happen but having a fan as back up would be a good idea with hot summers.
