Wonderful hosts, superclean room and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. It is approx a 30 min walk to Colosseum, and we took the walk everyday with no issues :-) there is also public transport, if you prefer that. We love the walking and therefore it was a win win.

I do not have much to complain about, really. The location is a bit far from the centre, but we knew that when we booked. Just be aware that you need to travel 20-30 minutes by bus or tram, depending on where you want to go. However, it is in a really well-connected spot, so we changed transportation at most 1 time on our journeys.

Breakfast was great, and the rooms were really comfortable and well-isolated (so quiet). We also had AC, which was great considering that it was really warm outside. The room was also really modern and clean. Would recommend!

The only downside was the distance from the central train station. While there are trams and buses that stop nearby, it does take a bit longer to get around, especially if you’re on a tight schedule. That said, if you’re not in a rush, the peaceful vibe of the suburb more than makes up for it.

I had a truly lovely stay at Francesco’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, and the surrounding neighborhood had such a relaxed and authentic vibe. It felt like a real local experience. Francesco was a kind and responsive host, and I appreciated his warm welcome and communication throughout.

Everything was perfect. The whole staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice and very clean. Bathroom is big! Breakfast was perfect. The place is really close to public transport and close to train station Termini. Close are also restaurants and supermarket. If I will come back to Rome, I will definitely choose this place again.

We had a comfortable stay in this sweet place with a beautiful garden. The room was clean, tidy and pleasant. The breakfast is not rich, but it is tasty and sufficient. The shared kitchen makes the place look even cozier. Thanks to the staff who were extremely kind.

The room was really big and comfortable. Also we like common kitchen room. But most of all, Francesco made out trip special, created comfortable atmosphere and gave useful advices about some details that we asked for 🫶🏻

The location was near public transportation so it was easy to get to central city. Room was clean and comfortable. Behind there was a vibrant night dining area with a lot of good food options. The staff were friendly and always guiding us in terms of getting around.

I had a bad start to my visit - wallet stolen on arrival at Termini leaving me with no cards or cash. Bank was unable to help so had it not been for the lovely people at Sweet Home I really don’t know what I would have done. They were all so incredibly kind and helpful. Plus the place is lovely with a great breakfast

Nothing! The property is approx 30mins via tram and metro from the centre, this would be the only thing to consider.

A truly wonderful Air BnB. The room was clean, aesthetic and a great size. The bed was very comfortable, a lovely rainfall shower and the mini fridge was a great touch helping us to take bottles of chilled water with us on our days in the city. The owners were ever so friendly as were their cleaning staff. A fabulous breakfast selection, very generous! We will definitely book again in the future. 😊

It is very accessible to the public transport but it is a bit far out from the main attractions. Romes public transport systems are a bit erratic and Google Maps and Apple Maps don’t always pick up bus lines or trams and on weekends sometimes certain lines are cancelled. We found the Metro the most reliable - the Pigneto Metro is a really nice walk from Sweet Home Pigneto and isnt as far as the maps make it out to be.

Awesome 1920’s renovated building. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and close to the bus and tram stop (Prenestina officine on the 514 tramline works best). Great breakfast variety and awesome hosts - Claudia, Francesco and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The area is really cool as well - all the restaurants we visited (it is out of the touristy center) were authentic and mainly frequented by locals. Ristorante l’Aquila was a proper favorite with the best pizza we had in Rome (and we walked 5km to Trestavere to make sure).

They know about the noise from the street but things they can’t change. If you’re OK with closed windows - everything is fine.

We had a lovely WE at Sweet Home Pigneto. Francesco has been extremely nice and welcoming, giving us a lot of tips and advices. The flat is very cosy and clean. The house is located 15 minutes from the central train station by tram. Direct bus going to the Colosseum in 15 minutes as well. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits, warm and cold dishes and good coffee. Everything was explained very cleary to enter the flat since we arrrived quite late the first day. I strongly recommend it for couples or families!

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness (everyday room cleaning), well equipped kitchen with your own boxes with snacks (by the way all the time there were available cakes and cookies, fruits, yogurts, etc). Location was good, buses and tram, metro nearby. And of course super friendly staff, always in contact to help.
