Barbara was lovely and helped us with everything we asked. In addition, we arrived at an apartment equipped with everything and even snacks such as crackers, jam, butter, water, juice and soda and lots of snacks. There are basic products such as oil, salt, sugar and coffee of several types. The apartment is a bit small for a family of four but at the same time in a great location. Close to the sea, the beach with a pool, plenty of restaurants and the airport. A large supermarket and a pharmacy opposite are a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Barbara is a very warm and kind person, and the apartment is clean and cozy. I accidentally left some of my belongings at the hotel, and she spent a lot of time and effort helping me send them back to the United States. The location of the hotel is also excellent—very close to the beach and conveniently located for getting to the airport.

The apartment was fully equipped with all the niceties of an apartment, such as a kitchen, hot water kettle, tea and coffee, little snacks, clothing drying rack with laundry pins, and abundant toiletries in the bathroom! I appreciated the little extras such as providing qtips, cotton pads, make up remover and pH balance cleanser for the bidet :) The location is near the beach with tons of restaurant options within walking distance. There is a locked gate so the location is very safe and secure. Barbara was so friendly and helpful, she even assisted us in booking a very early morning taxi to the airport!

This is a great little place ideally situated a half block from the beach and close to some great restaurants. Barbara could not have been nicer or more welcoming and her space is comfortable and well appointed. Her place is stocked with lots of extras including great coffee and toiletries , she left us a little welcome appertivo and sent me lots of info on restaurants and beaches.

We stayed for 1 night before our flight and we wished we could of stayed longer. Barbara the host was readily accessible and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It was very easy to find and collect the keys. The property is very spacious on the outside and inside. The bed was very comfortable and snacks and drinks were provided.

The only regret is not having enough time to enjoy the home and the local area (lots of restaurants and bars nearby), as we arrived late in the evening after a long flight and then left early the next morning!

By far one of the best stays with Booking.com (and we had many before). The hosts were amiable, flexible and catered to all our needs. Also very attentive of the hosts to foresee some appetizers, sparkling wine and breakfast items on arrival. The little house was stunning really, the fact that it has a nice patio was delightful in the evenings to relax after intense days. The bedroom is quite soundproof, and with the airco one can adjust the temperature at a whim. The beach in front of the apartment is good. It is super easy to reach from the airport. Ostia and Ostia Antica only 15 minutes away by car. Would go again tomorrow!

This apartment in a private house was cozy and very well equipped: the kitchen and bathroom had everything you may need. It is very close to the sea on a quiet street, there are a lot of places to eat around and the apartment has a patio. The host organized a taxi to the airport in the morning for a decent price.

It’s all amazing!

What a little gem! Loved this stay, easy to find, great communication from the host, it has a relaxing outdoor snug to drink the complimentary Prosecco with snacks on arrival, you can see it’s a well loved property, exceptionally clean, extra lg bed plus the comfiest sofa bed I’ve slept on. Perfect location, very quiet but close to the centre for walking in either direction, thank you for your hospitality, it was a well needed luxurious rest after a busy few days in Rome.
