The apartment is dark, there's no window in the bedroom, and there's poor air flow in the apartment - there's one window in the living room but it opens right onto the street (eye level) so there's no privacy. Location makes up for everything, though.

The location is superb, right next to the Colosseum with lots of cafés and restaurants at the doorstep. Everything is close - the Metro and all the sightseeing spots (if you like walking). Air-conditioning is a life saver.

The space in the bathroom, where the shower was located, was very narrow and without any light.

Cozy apartment with a good location. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was very kind and responsive. On the day of leaving the apartment, he even offered to leave our luggage there.

The bed cover although clean could do with updating as could the kitchen area. There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen sink. We had trouble getting the key to open the main door of the building.

The location was perfect. Minutes from the Colosseum and the bus stop. Although the apartment was in need of updating and some tlc, it was well equipped and adequate for our 4 day stay. The owner was very kind to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight cancellation and lost baggage. Thanks BA!

Street level and right next to a road so it's a little noisy, though human and car traffic is relatively light at night. Shower stall is small, though that's not uncommon in Italy.

Split level whole apartment - room & bathroom upstairs, kitchen and dining with sofa beds downstairs - allows for privacy and sufficient space. Note that you need to navigate stairs within the apartment. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. 5min walk from the Metro, and 8min walk to the Colosseum. Also walking distance to other historical/tourist sites.

Beeing very central there is a lot of noise. But this is not something related to the apartment itself.

The apartment is very close to Colosseum and everything you might need if you want to self cater in the morning for example. Apartment was great and clean. We managed to get the keys and store the bags before check in and it was very helpful. I want to highlight that the apartment has 2 windows one for each room.... There are reviews here saying that there are no windows but that is wrong and not sure why people are saying that :)) the windows are indeed small but they do the job perfectly

We contacted Alessandro in advance and said that our train was delayed. He nicely waited for us at the building and met us to give the key and guide about the apartment. We also were able to check out at 12:00 pm instead of 10:00 am. Thank you! The place is perfectly located, very close to the Coliseum. We managed to reach all the main sights by foot. I recommend the place to everyone who decides to visit Rome.

The shower spray needs tightening, but the pressure was good!

The location is amazing. Tons of shops and places to eat. Easy to get a taxi. Loved being on the first floor. The host was great. Plenty of room for 3 people. The towels were good size. A fan in the living room would be nice, but it’s nice having AC somewhere that normally doesn’t have it. We loved it.
