Alessandro was an outstanding host! His communication before our arrival was flawless—he provided clear and detailed instructions on where to find the key and how to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, he went above and beyond by personally showing us around the flat. He even provided snacks, water, a bottle of prosecco, and coffee! The apartment itself was immaculate and ideally located for a short family trip to Cernobbio. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I would wholeheartedly give this accommodation a 10/10 and will absolutely choose to stay here whenever I visit Como again. Highly recommended!

The sofa could be bigger as it was a tight squeeze for three people and the apartment can fit four.

The apartment is in a great location, just a few hundred metres from the quay where you can catch the boat. It is also very close to an excellent place to have breakfast. The apartment is spacious and bright. It is also very good there is a lift in the building for people with reduced mobility.

Little fix of shower was needed but it didn't spoil the whole experience. Public transport in the area is not very reliable so it's better to rent a car.

Very cozy and spacious apartment close to the town center, lake promenade and many restaurants. Nice view of the lake from the balcony. Attentive and very helpful hosts. Also our furry friend was very welcomed.

Nothing to complain!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Furthermore we received very clear instructions on how to find the place and get the keys. We also received some information from the owner on restaurants etc. Own parking is very convenient and from the apartment it is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and pier to take the ferry. Would stay here again!

I liked everything!

This property was amazing! It was in a great location, had AC, a washer and dryer, enough kitchen items to cook in the apartment, parking. Alessandro, the owner, was wonderful and super accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The balcony was also great for my morning coffee!

Even though a cleaning fee of 80€ is charged, the place wasn’t clean. Lots of dust and hair on the floor.
