Great stay, Ganni was a wonderful host! She checked on us, gave recommendations of restaurants and tips of things to see and do in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great location and very close to the train station.

Our stay in Sunset rooms was great, Ganni was extremely helpful and attentive to everything we could need. The room was very clean, with daily cleaning, and very convenient to the station. Secure and airconditioned for the summer months! Great stay

The place was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of room for our two large suitcases and a medium one. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train, and only a few more to the harbor. Ganni was wonderful and gave us great local tips for our last day!

Location, Ganni was very friendly and helpful with local information, the room was very clean and spacious, cleaned every day and coffee and water restocked.

The hairdryer wasn't the best

The property host was great and extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, updated and served our needs. The little terrace overlooks a back alley / back of buildings, not much to see if you get my drift.

The rooms were very clean. Gànni was very friendly and helpful in giving us the assistance we needed.

Lovely traditional italian building. Room was nicely renovated and decorated. Really clean and cleaning was done daily. Location was excellent, close to railway station and places of interest but was also quiet. There was a lift in the building and well working air conditioning in the room!

The lift is horrible! And view from the balcony isn’t nice at all.

The landlord was particularly friendly and would proactively inform us about the local transportation and how to get to Cinque Terre. He also recommended other interesting places. The room was very clean and comfortable. The furniture and facilities were complete, with a sofa, dining table and chairs, and Some tableware, which was very convenient to use. We felt at home during our four-day stay. Thank you, landlord.

The transportation is convenient, the landlord is friendly, the room is clean and the facilities are complete. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. It would be even better if the bath towel could be softer.

Amazing stay - I highly recommend it !! It is just 5 min walk from the train station and located just behind the main street that takes you to the city center - so it is active and you are close to everything. The room is very new , it has big bathroom, perfect bed, and air conditioner works very well, I didn’t even notice it was on ! there is a little fridge as well. House has a lift, so no issue for the luggage. Moreover, big thanks to the owner, she is extremely sweet and helpful, we arrived a bit early and she let us in and next day left our luggage for storage till evening, and she came to the flat just for us so that we could pick up our luggage. Great value for money. This room is a perfect choice for exploring Cinque Terre !

What a find. Sunset rooms are perfect. Close to La Spezia Centrale where you can hop on and off the regional trains to Cinque Terre. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was tea, coffee and water provided. Close to great restaurants. Our host greeted us and was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very central, just a few minutes away from the train station. Gianni was super helpful with recommendations for La Spezia and the Cinqueterre.

Great location, to both the town centre and rail station, especially if you are back and forth to Cinque terra by train over a number of days. Ganni the host was exceptional with her recommendations and support.

The apartment is a 5 min. walking distance from the La Spezia Central Train Station which ables you to visit places (like Cinque Terre) easily. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The room is very clean and spacious. Our little balcony had an inner courtyard view therefore it was very quite. The main walking street of La Spezia starts just around the corner, so You can find easily place to eat and/or shop. I think it's a great value for money!

Our stay here was great. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Ganni was a very kind and professional host and gave us restaurant suggestions and well as tips for getting to/from Cinque Terre (boat, hikes and train). La Spezia is also a wonderful place with a relaxed vibe, good restaurant and shops.

It’s very well located. The room was cleaned every night and the host was extremely nice and helpful! She even allowed us a later check out and gave lots of great suggestions for food. Also, the bathroom /shower were great, which is very important when your travel involves a lot of hiking :)
