Location: it's within walking distance from all the well-known attractions: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican Staff: Michele was super helpful, communicative, friendly, welcoming, accommodating with various arrangement. Georgia was also very friendly and helpful Room: we stayed at Junior Suite, and the room was so nice, spacious, nice bath tub, standing shower, with complete amenities. Sun Suite Luxury Pantheon is directly next to a bunch of restaurants, convenient store (Tigre) to get food supplies

The only small part we didn’t like was that our room only had a very small window in the corner. However, this didn’t bother us too much anyways because we weren’t in the room that often.

It was very central and could pretty much walk to all the sites. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. And the hotel itself was very clean.

The friendly staff is amazing. We are used to a super soft bed at home so for us was the bed a little hard and they immediately arranged a topper for us! Super helpful would definitely recommend!

To be honest I don't have any negative response for this property. It was more than adequate and would have no hesitation of staying here if I was to return to Rome.

Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance for us , but we do like to walk. The room and facilities were ideal for a long weekend break. I must mention the young lady on the reception who was really helpful. Sorry but didn't get her name but she was really nice and gave us some traditional Italian restaurants to visit and other useful info. Must also mention the small Pizzarire next door which done in our opinion the best Pizza slices we found.

The initial room has a window just for the inside of the building, but still the room was okay and the staff very attentive. The location is just great you can walk or get on public transportation very easily.

The first room we had was small, no view but no big deal as only there to sleep

Room was in a superb location. Georgia was very accommodating to our needs and she upgraded us for part of our stay. Most key sites are 10 to 15 mins walk away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

4am noise from outside woke us up, but not the property’s fault

Great location, beautiful view from our room. The room was very big and lovely bathroom. Perfect for couples. Both hosts were amazing, responded promptly to all inquiries and we were able to get early check in. We had so many tours booked, I just wished I was able to enjoy the room a little longer. Loved that it is walking distance to everywhere. The only time we needed to get a taxi was back to the airport. Will be back!
