The photos represent the property accurately. The bathroom, shower and living spaces were very clean. The bed we’re comfortable and towels were a good size. Though there was no microwave in the room, there was one by the front desk we could use. We also really appreciate the welcome goodies and drinks, really thoughtful hospitality. We will recommend this place.

For a tourist place, alot of people doesn't speak english or properly. Like they don't even care.

This is a really good place for families. The rooms were very clean and reasonably comfortable. It is located within walking distance of San Pietro Station and the Vatican. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks that were included in the price. Everybody in the family enjoyed this place.

Nothing! As is the case with many European hotels, the rooms were on the 5th floor with a tiny lift, so we used that for luggage and used the stairs ourselves. This is what we expected and isn't unique to this property, but might be an issue for someone with limited mobility.

We arrived early to store our luggage and the front desk staff made it a priority to get our room ready as soon as possible. We are a family with children and were exhausted and sweaty from travel, and the staff member at the front desk brought us pastries and juice while we waited for our room! The room was larger than we were expecting for a European hotel and was the perfect layout for our family of five. It was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked great. Location was great; close to the San Pietro train station and walking distance (about 10 minutes) to St Peter's Basilica. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

I liked everything about this property!

This property was a real gem in the eternal city. The facilities were spotless and new and the staff, especially Caterina, were friendly, kind and helpful. The location was ideal with the train station just up the street and Vatican City a mere 5-10 minute walk away. We even walked to the Colosseum twice (about 2 miles away) in the summer heat. The little extra touches (daily drinks, snacks and slippers) were a real treat!

The property was very clean and a stone's throw from both the 64 bus stop (direct route to Termini) and St. Peter's Basilica! We also enjoyed the provided snacks and beverages as well as the outdoor patio.

Next to it (not the hotels fault) was a busy construction site - although this should be gone soon - but in order to have the window open to let in some cool air, it is by a train track so can be a little noisy. Check in could have been a bit more self explanatory. The hotel is situated within a big building, and we weren’t sure if it was the right building as it seemed quite residential. Maybe would be worth having it in the message before hand, what buzzer to press and a photo of the front of the building, so to save any confusion.

The room was clean, and well looked after. Comfortable beds and soft towels. The toiletries provided smelt really nice, and they refreshed the FREE drinks everyday! That was lovely to know after a long day of sightseeing and walking.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The room offers a mini bar with water, beer and soft drinks. There is also a coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. The property is 10 minutes away from St. Peter square

While the shower is beautiful and very clean, the floor is super slippery, especially after getting wet with soapy water. Also there is no place to put soap, body wash, etc. except on the floor, and bending over to pick things up, increases fall risk.

Great restaurants nearby and only one block to the bus stop. Using Google Maps we were able to ride the bus to all the major sights. Also, Vatican City was just two blocks away, we could hear the bells ringing from St. Peter’s.

The property was just a few minutes away walk from the Vatican, everything was spotless clean which was my favorite part. Very quiet! And lovely room with all sorts of amenities. Including hair dryer, wifi(which to me it was the most important since I was working) and some drinks and snacks included in the price! Much much better than the hotels around the area! I thin it couldn’t have been more perfect! I am very happy I chose this place
