I love the location. It is super clean, and the lady who cleans is very nice. The renovation is exceptional, and I adore every single detail in the room. It has absolutely everything you need for a vacation.

If I had to pick something it would be the slight smell of damp which I think was probably coming from the walls around the window. Also, we struggled to turn the fans off at night.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The room was in a great location and as a family we would definitely go back there.

The property is beautiful. Fantastic location within a few minutes walk to Duomo and close to other attractions. Many great places to eat and drink close by. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Helpful staff.

Check in process was unclear and we weren’t given details of this ahead of time (entry codes to the building etc) which wasn’t a big problem as the cleaner let us in but concerning if we had arrived later and no one was around.

It was relatively hot in Florence during out stay in Florence. But the centralized aircon of the units didn't work or didn't make the rooms any cooler. I requested the attendant to have this adjust when we arrived and also messaged here on booking.com but still thru air-conditioning situation remained the same.

The advertising said that the family room i had booked had a bath and a balcony. The family room had been split into two rooms so we didn't get what was advertised. I booked the room for the bath and balcony option which we didn't get. Think the room upgrade feature needs changing as usually if I book and get upgraded I get upgraded.. not given what the owner thinks is suitable at the time.

All glass bathrooms are not ideal. Gaps between curtains and shower. Not comfortable during baths. No internet. Poor communication from the host about how to get in. Delayed responses.

It was our fault, but we didn't think through the logistics of having a mezzanine room for the kids, which meant limited privacy and definitely ruled out using the bath which was situated in the main room.

Location was superb. A couple of hundred metres from the Duomo, but was whisper quiet. The room was spacious and well appointed, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure. The host thoughtfully provided welcome snacks, drinks, sufficient toiletries and even a complimentary bottle of wine! Host was very accomodating in allowing us to store our luggage there after we checked out

We liked everything! Maybe some guidance on how to operate air-conditioning system would be helpful.

Excellent location sightseeing - a few steps from Duomo and close to shops, restaurants etc. The suite itself was beautifully decorated and provisioned. The beds were the most comfortable ever. The staff member who greeted us on arrival and departure was friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to stow our bags for the afternoon on the day of departure. This was our first visit to Florence and the accommodation was also an important aspect to a perfect and memorable first impression! Many thanks.

The blinds. If you are in the bathroom using the toilet / shower, you can see in from other apartments. The blinds are recessed from the window creating a big gap. Im fine with that, but thought it was worth a mention. I thought there was a lift. Still have two flights to walk up with cases. The lift starts from the 1st floor so its a bit redundant. Worth mentioning if there is anyone older wanting to book.
