Disappointed that no luggage storage facilities where offered on departure cause they said they had no space. Hadn't we found an alternative solution this would have been a major issue.

The check-in was a disaster. They make you go to their offices so they can give you a remote access. It's absurd!! The offices are not in the same building.. Bring the damn keys to the room.. we had luggage with us.. The noise. The upstairs neighbours were constantly making noise and fighting. There's also some immense noise in the morning, like the tram is going through your room.

Everything was clean. The location is perfect. There are coffee shops nearby and a nice supermarket downstairs.

The only thing that slightly dampened our stay was that a rather noisy group stayed in the neighboring room. They talked loudly late into the night, and because the walls in the hotel are quite thin, we could hear everything. This made staying in the room at night uncomfortable, although the first night, before they arrived, was very pleasant. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were quite firm, which might not meet the comfort standards of some guests. There was a fridge in the room, but it was quite small—just enough to fit a bottle of wine and some olives.

What we particularly liked about the hotel was its location. It was very central, just a 7-minute walk from the central station and the historic center was also nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff was very friendly, and we really appreciated the check-in and check-out process. The hotel was very clean, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. We also really liked the room itself. There was a balcony with two chairs and a table, and the room had everything we needed. There are also several excellent coffee shops near the hotel, and good restaurants are within walking distance as well.

If you want to leave the luggage a couple of hours after check-out, you need to pay 5€ per piece

The property is close to the central station and convenient to move around. The room is clean and newly renovated.

Very very disappointed from our stay here.We booked studio and received message that check-in is from 15:00 with option for early check-in that will Cost us 30€(we preferred to check-in normally).So in 15:00 we arrived in their office and we took the keys for the studio.We are going to the room and what to see…room is not clean from previous guests,towels on the ground,dirty floor.We immediately went to their office again to ask what’s happening,and they started apologizing and told us they we need to wait 30 minutes to clean the room….They refused any compensation for this situation,although they previously wanted to pay for early check-in,but now for Late check-in (for their fault) nothing….Not recommended to stay there

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The host was friendly and even let us leave our luggage before check-in, which was very helpful. It was quiet and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Well it started off not too bad and went south from there. We were locked out of our room late due to the app key pad system they had. It was also rather confusing and not working at all times. The wifi stoped on out last 2 days creating issues to work, book our plane tickets etc. When we did have issues there was no one to reach after 9 pm. We were lucky someone let us in at night. When we did notify the host of the issues there was not anything really done. It could be a better stay, but they have some work to do for hosting. The fridge also did not work. The plastic bed cover made the sheets slip off. There are way better places for the money.

The place was nice, new and tastefully done. The room was smaller that expected. The location was nice, right above the supermarket, and not far from the old city.The air con was strong.
