Rooms were tired with broken fridge cabinets / scratched flooring / wear and tear .. Bathroom was pretty awful / toilet stained/ shower head falling off the wall even though packed with filler / not very clean into the corners … Towels very worn out Kettle would only plug into the bathroom lol but at least we got tea 👌 Staff were nice …

Great place to stay in Rome. Close to everything on food if you come travelling and expect walking. Could do check in at nigh, which no much places offer. Great value to spend nights.

I received about 10 scam messages from this property via Booking.com (directly through the chat with Suite Art Navona) before my stay threatening to cancel my booking and urging me to enter my card details and click on dodgy links. I had to confirm my stay each time to make sure I have an accommodation in place for my stay. Very frustrating. Staff did nothing to prevent this from happening. Few days before my stay I got contacted on WhatsApp by another scammer claiming to be Suite Art Navona administrator urging me to provide my card details yet again so my phone number must have been leaked. Stressful and very annoying. The aircon is super weak and the room gets very hot. There is no iPod dock in the room even though it is listed in the facilities. Asking for an additional towel or having your soap refilled every day was made out to be a huge deal by staff and questioned every single time. They make you feel bad if you ask for a soap refill even if you want your room cleaned. Rooms are a bit dirty and staff act fussy and like they are doing you a huge favour if you ask for anything, really. Due to the multiple scam messages and threats sent directly to my phone number I would not bother staying here again. In all fairness, location is perfect though and room is enough to sleep in but it is not a 4 star hotel and you do not get a 4 star customer service lol. Reception is not 24 hours, it's from about 8 am to 8 pm. Be prepared for 'not so smooth' communication if you speak English as staff struggle to understand you.

The location is excellent and practically in the centre of the most beautiful attractions. 15 min walk to the Vatican, 8 min walk to the Pantheon.

The room was a little tired ,not much storage . The front door was left open all day with the reception on the first floor anyone could walk in.

The location is very good close to Piazza Navonna and the Vatican . Great nightlife nearby.

Great area close to all the main attractions in Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. Staff arranged limo from airport and subsequently to cruise ship for reasonable price.

The room and decor was exactly as on pictures, but the overall finish was a bit off. Especially in the bathroom you could see unfinished edges of the paint, old furniture, dim lights etc no big deal but would expect more for the price. Otherwise, everything was fine. We could.leave luggage and explore. The location is superb, couldn't fault it. It was clean and the bed was decent size. The lift was our favourite part of the day, very charming. Would probably stay again, if there was a good promotion.

It’s a little hard to actually find the property especially as we arrived during the night. I think if they had a larger sign outside the building it would be a little more helpful but we did eventually find where we were staying. Other than that we would have no other complaints.

The location is absolutely amazing. For the price of your stay I would say it is absolutely worth it. Just around the corner from Piazzo Navona and 15-20 minutes walk to all tourist attractions. Rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were friendly and it’s perfect for somewhere to rest your head at night.

Room was too hot and the room overlooked the main road . Unfortunately, the air con could not be turned on in march and we were told to open the balcony doors, which cooled the room down very nicely but it also exposed the noise of the piazza and early morning business traffic. There was mould in the shower and the shower leaked

The bathroom in my room needed a serious makeover or at least a paint job. The walls and cement floors were a drab dark beige color making it look not clean. Good water pressure and a large shower though.

The location was great just off Piazza Navona and a short walk to the river and castle..The Trevi Foutain and the Pantheon are also close..The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Location was great for exploring Rome and turist sites on foot, close to the loads of restaurants and cafes. Our room was located in part of the building that was built in 11th century which was also cool

Our room was facing the road and it’s very noisy.

To begin with the staff was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us with everything. His excellent customer service made a huge difference. Location is perfect and everything is within nice walking distance Room shower size snd facilities was all superb Bus service in the area is great too
