The property is in the heart of the historic district making everything an easy walk. The hosts are attentive, responsive, welcoming, and eager to help in anyway. They are a true delight. (Because of the property’s location within the historic district, you may find yourself in need of additional guidance if you are driving in. The host was quick to find us when we got a bit confused and guided us the rest of the way.) The parking is actually within the palace’s courtyard.

This is a great, place to stay, with friendly and helpful hosts, and we appreciated the coffee, cold drinks, fruit and pastries they left for us. The room was very spacious and characterful, with it's own little roof terrace. Private parking in the courtyard was a bonus.

Excellent location, wonderful authentic Italian furnishings and terrace. Easy parking, helpful host with great recommendations. Lovely cafe next door. There were even some lovely refreshments left for us.

We loved living in a palace, very special! The outdoor private courtyard was a bonus, both day and night. Location fantastic. Martina was extremely helpful. Although breakfast is not provided, fresh fruit, sweet goodies and fruit juice were provided and topped up daily. Quite sufficient for our breakfast.

To turn on the light above the coffee area, you have to use the switch outside the room that also turns on the lights over the bed, so just a small thumbs down.

The flat is bigger than my own home. Martina provided fresh fruit, coffee and tea, chilled water and juices too! The location was perfect for enjoying the annual infiorata and the terrace was more than appreciated to escape the infiorata crowds.

There was nothing we disliked about this property.. it was 100% perfect!

This beautiful property is a little “gem” right in the heart of Noto city and just a few steps from the Cathedral and principal corso.. The room was spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable and also had a little private terrace overlooking the rooftops onto the cathedral.. the hosts were welcoming and made us immediately feel at home and the room had free snacks, fruit, water, juices and a coffee machine.. We loved this fantastic place and next time we visit Noto we will definitely come back to this little treasure!!

Nothing to complain about. If you arrive by car make sure you get the exact address so that you can arrive easily with the navigator, some streets in the historic centre are pedestrianised and you need to know the exact route to arrive. Steep stairs up to the apartment but the staff are on hand to assist you.

Great location very close to the cathedral of Noto. Noble palace, the room is accessed through a courtyard where you can park your car which is very convenient. The staff are very helpful and responsive. There is a little terrace off the large bedroom which is great to relax and take some sun. Great caffe next door called Costanzo for delicious coffee, drinks and Sicilian sweet pastries. Highly recommend.

Just a word of warning that there is a steep staircase up to the room. Breakfast options are limited in the cafe ie pastries only.

Fabulous location in the centre of Noto with space to park our car which was a godsend. The room was huge - like an apartment without kitchen - and a lovely outdoor terrace area with rooftop views. There were lots of lovely touches like fruit, snacks and a fridge with soft drinks and breakfast was available in the next-door cafe.

It was perfect!

This was a perfect start for the holiday at Sicily. As our flight first was cancelled because of the outburst of the Etna, we had to fly two days later. We contacted the owners of the palazzo, Martian and Alfonso, that we had this trouble and if we could be at thee hotel one day later, still for two days. Even that they planned those days to shut down and clean up every room for the busy weeks after, we could come. But also they waited for our late arrival (1:15 hrs AM!!!!) Those two are very special and we are vere thankfull. To them! We had the upper room with our own terrace, big, clean, wonderful. Thank you so much Martina and Alfonso!! When coming again to Sicily I will give you a call! And stay at the palazzo…

Room was very clean. Host was lovely and informative about the area. Minibar was full of free items including water, fresh fruit,cakes and topped up daily. Free car parking at front door. Comfortable bed. Overall an excellent experience.

Everything was great, but if I had to pick just one minus point, then it was the lack of sockets in the room to plug in chargers for our devices.

We’ve been to Noto a few times, and this was by far the best place we’ve ever booked. A great location, a spacious loft apartment in an old ‘palazzo’, furnished with original and charming furniture, a little private outside terrace, coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and a fridge stocked with drinks and treats. Perfect! We definitely plan to return!
