Dearest Guest, thanks for your visit and your feedback. Happy your stay was comfortable and it met your expectations! Really sorry reading about the noisy neighbours. The wall are soundproofed but not each guest puts the right attention, probably. If you had advised us we could have found a solution, indeed we inform our guests at the check-in "please contact in case of need/problem" and after reading your review I asked in private which problem you have had but no answer... Dear Guest, thanks for your visit and very happy you appreciate our facility and its details! We do care that the guests feel cuddled! We are very sorry about some points you dislike such as the position: many guest, found it however convenient, far from city center chaos but easily reachable (12 min via tram, 15 min door to door) and close to many other services. In any case the distance from the center and the address of the facility are displayed on our page, so the guest can eventually Google it and have an idea of the distance with the places interested into. About the parking, normally we suggest in the instructions to the garage (2 min walk) to leave the suitcase in room before driving to the parking spot, probably we missed this info. We are sorry you found it uncomfortable. We forbidden to have ENTIRE MEALS to avoid damage to bedsheets, as with previous guests happened and we had to pay for extra cleaning. Anyway, the host can have his own rules... (There is another sign about energy waste, since we take care about the environment, but not all pay attention! Many people leave lights and air conditioning on when they are out.) Really sorry you didn't ask for the fridge, we could have offered it upon request. We hope to see you in future! Dear Guest, your review left a sour taste in our mouth, above all because after read your feedback we tried more times to have details and explanation but you didn't give us the honour to answer by phone. Your review was a cold shower since during your stay we haven't received any complain at all. About nothing. Let's analyse your negative points, one by one: 1. about the "difficulty" to reach us: before arriving, we sent you all the information you needed to navigate you from the street to the facility, how to reach the parking and to take the car back (everything supported by picture and video, also how to present the ticket of the parking to enter and exit). And please, let me underline it, not all the facilities offer so many details, mostly they gave you a street and that's all! 2. cost of the parking: it is displayed on our page that the parking is available upon reservation and the relative cost is € 9,00 per night, you missed the information, ok that's fine. By the way, before reserving a spot we informed you about its cost and that it was not included in the price of the room, you agreed. You could either decide to refuse or find another cheaper solution. Moreover, you asked to use the parking longer that normally allowed and we agreed it for free... 3. The building is old: the picture is public on Booking.com as well. And yes the building is not beautiful, but have you slept outside the building or inside? Have you find an uncomfortable/untidy/unclean/not well equipped room? Our rooms are spacious (18 mq), no noise from the street and have everything that can make you feel like at home (we have even installed 4 towels hooks in the bathroom - 4! How many do you find of it usually?) a bathroom shelf, hairdryer, TV, a mirror, mosquito net to the wimdows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. 4. The sign that is not allowed to consume meals in room: some previous guests ate on the bed and they ruined us the bed sheets with fried oil and other stuff, we had to loose money for extra cleaning and we put the signal to avoid that people bring an entire meal in room, not snacks, entire meals or worse, order a Just Eat, as it happened. By the way, the owner can decide the rules of HIS OWN apartment. 5. Why a 5 point to the cleaning if you wrote the room was clean? A mystery. If something was not perfect (and it can happen) you could inform us and we would have found a solution for you. It's ok that everyone has different opinion about things or expectations but not fair to belittle our work and leave a bad impression of us for....nothing! In any case we will go on hosting people and honouring them with our services as we did with you. Hoping that one day you will face a real 5/10 points accomodation and you will change opinion about us, we send you our best wishes. Florinda and Gabriele
