Parked across the road in 'Quick no problem parking' online and was really cheap for a few days. Tram across the road also running into centre every few mins. Hosts very adaptable to my needs and lots of extras like fruit/water/coffee which felt very welcoming.

Maria was a wonderful host! She welcomed us warmly, and answered every question. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a cute small sunny balcony very pretty. WiFi connection was working, there was hot water in the shower all day long, and we even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on the check in which was very kind. Totally suggested, we would come here again. It's 20 minutes away from the city center with the tram, and the tram stop is 1 minute away from the flat. Also there is a huge grocery store nearby, very convenient.

At some point, there was some buzzing in the room for the whole night, but it was resolved after contacting the host.

A little tricky to find at first with a car as it is tucked in behind the shop fronts on the main road and it’s hard to see any street numbers from the road. But once we found it on foot, it was all good.

A lovely studio apartment with small balcony situated in a very convenient location on the tram line between the airport and city centre. Perfect for our one night stay with early morning flight. The tram only takes 4 minutes to the airport , and approx 10mins to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. There is a large local supermarket just around the corner which was very convenient. A great place to stay. Communication from the host was very good. Would definitely stay again.

My only comment would be if you're a light sleeper, maybe consider that the walls are thin and you could really hear others. Fine for us with only a couple nights stay and we might just have had noisy neighbours!

The distance from the city center is somewhat far (at least 20 min with public transport) although there is easy access via tram. The parking is not on the property, so you have to walk back and forth with your suitcases. It is not allowed to eat inside the room, which is quite odd, and there is no mini-fridge. The building, especially the lift, is old, which may not appeal to everyone. The room itself is super comfortable, new and well decorated.

Excellent location right next to the tram line. Florinda was amazingly helpful and had great communication. Compact and comfortable accommodation perfect for exploring Florence.

The only thing that the property didn't have was an iron and a fridge but apart from that, everything was perfect.

Me and my fiancé stayed at Stradivarious for one night for our anniversary and we LOVED everything about the place. The room is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The place is situated in an amazing location, is very easy to get to, the public transport which is the tram is right in front of the building and you can take it and be at Florence airport in just 10 minutes or take the tram to go opposite way and be at the centre where Piazza del Duomo is in just over 20 minutes. There is also a lovely park in front of the building to go for a walk and there is a shopping centre beside it with nice restaurants and shops. If we ever go back to Florence which we hope we will for a longer period, we will definitely go back and stay there. We would also like to thank Florinda once again for accomodating what we needed to make our stay even more comfortable, she is so lovely and made our experience 10 times better.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you need anything, she would be quick to help. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, the tram is just 200 meters in front of the apartment. Good area to stay, lots of bars and restaurants around. Recommended!

The location was very good, just 3 mins from tram station. Distance from train station and the city center was max 20 mins by tram. The room was very well designed, minimalistic, clean, and with all the amenities. The checkin was extra smooth, great smart systems and clear instructions how to check in. The property was very well kept and the staff was really friendly. She recommended so many lovely places to visit and great restaurants to eat at. There is a tram service right in front of the property and is perfect for traveling towards the city centre. There is a big supermarket right next to the property, so convenience wise it was a 10 for me. I would highly recommend the property for a sole traveler.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room for morning coffee but luckily there are many coffeeshops in the vicinity.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed. It is right across the street from the Tram stop and quick and easy to get to the City Center without having to live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Everything was exactly as we expected! Very clean and had everything you could need including shampoo. They were very helpful and had suggestions for food, coffee and things to do near by. 1 minute walk from tram so it was perfect
