I requested two separate beds when booking and was informed that my request would be honored, but it wasn't. The breakfast was very sweet—perhaps a bit too many sweet options for my liking.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was cool, which was a relief after the hot day. Very clean.

The room felt a bit too small for four beds, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. The space would benefit from some renovation to freshen it up. While the value for money was fair, the limited space for a group of four brings it down a notch

Having on-site parking was a big advantage, especially when traveling by car. Breakfast was typical for Italy, with plenty of sweet options and a cozy atmosphere. The accommodation is extremely noisy. I could hear everything from the guests above me – conversations, dropped items, doors closing, and people walking in the hallway. Not ideal at 1 AM. The breakfast (which I believe is complimentary) was of very poor quality: frozen, dry bread, bad coffee, and mostly pre-packaged sweet cakes – definitely not up to Italian standards. I know, it is free and it’s good to grab something before heading out, but disappointing overall.

The property is easy to reach by car and a great starting point for exploring Tuscany. The host was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in the room.

Price is too high, but in general Siena is the most expensive city in the Tuscany area and personally I think it doesn't worth the money

You cant walk into town, but habe to take the car

The place is very welcoming of dogs. The rooms are clean and cosy, the landlords are very friendly and available.

It was very quick stay for us so no negative feedback. Although the payment is made, breakfast is cancelled due to some problems in the kitchen. I think it is just temporary situation.

It's a bit out of downtown but you can reach to downtown 25 min. by walk or 5 mins by car. Free parking facility is exceptional. Friendly lady helped us about how to get downtown.

Maybe for those who are sensitive to noise - place is close to a traffic road.

It is an older building, but very clean. The host was more than kind and gave us excellent advices about where to eat really good food and how exactly to go to the city center. Parking in front of the building. We've got also good advices which cities in Chanti region are worth seeing. Place is excellent for a short stay.

Kitchen was broken at the time hence no breakfast, but they did refund so no problem there.

Was harder to find parking due to choosing wrong navigation app and if you are not comfortable driving, it is a bit tight, but overall super good location, safe parking. Owner suggested restaurant for dinner/breakfast and also commented on parking options closer to old town.

The breakfast consisted mainly from cakes and not the typical delectable Italian breakfast.

The place is located in a very convenient place but the whole building looks neglected. Although the efforts of the lady who is attending the reception, the garden and the breakfast are very obvious.

About 20 min walk from Sienna, with a decent restaurant nearby (3 min walk) for a quick meal for the weary traveller. The rooms were simple but clean with a good shower and possibility to make yourself a cup of tea or joe. There's also a common fridge on the hall. The one downside is the breakfast. The hot chocolate milk was better than the coffee and although the sweets were on point, the savoury part of the breakfast was a let down.

Great owners, clean, big room, parking spot, and breakfast. We were there to sleep only. Easy to find and great to use as a home base. It is in a quiet area. The heating is good. You'll not freeze, but you won't be hot. Great shower with stable hot water and pressure. You can't go wrong with this property.you don't pay much, so you better not have extremely high expectations. Overall, great $/€ value

The double bed is really two beds connected and they were not even. Hot water ran out one morning in the shower.

It's a no-nonsense guesthouse, with a good (though steep) walkable connection to Siena centre. There are good bars and restaurants around so you don't have to overpay in the centre. Parking was not too tight for my car with a bicycle at the back. WiFi was good. Breakfast okay, though on the rushed side and in a tiny room. Coffee could be better. Heating was good in December.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Tuscany, where we spent a night. The room is cosy and furnished to match the traditional style. Pleasant photo reproductions on walls, comfortable bathroom and friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, supplemented with offer of traditionally, home made cakes. It is also relatively close to Siena old medieval center, being a 20 min. walking distance. A parking is available inside the property. In all, a good value for the money. We will gladly stay here again while visiting Siena and surrounding places in Tuscany.
