We liked everything. The place was exactly like the pictures but better. Gaisy is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond. The a/c worked great as it was hot. The shower pressure was great and we all slept comfortably on the beds. The breakfasts each morning were over the top! The place is right next to the ocean and close to entrance to Ortygia. We took a private boat tour in the evening which also was so worth it. Best place on our 29 day trip.

We like everything

Very good location, just 10 min walk to Ortigia. Easy to park for free just in front. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is full of small details that makes a very nice place to stay. But the best thing is the breakfast is really really impressive , one of the best that we ever eaten.

There was nothing not to like.

Our host Giusy was amazing, very warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond her duties as host. Giusy also went to the extent of getting me a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was amazing every morning. We will definitely return here.

The host is an absolutely lovely person, our room was super spacious and clean and the breakfast great. The host even had a bed for our dog and gave us food for the road. The host had good tips for eating and sights. We would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The room was modern and clean and beds were very comfortable. Perfect location walking distance to the centre and Ortigia. Giusy made us feel very welcome and would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for looking after us Giusy. x

The property is very clean very quite. Walking distance to all the attractions. Guisy the owner is a lovely lady always willing to help and every morning we had great breakfast. As an extra the B&B has a washing machine inside the property and guests are welcome to use it.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The room was so luxurious and beautifully decorated, plus we had the kitchen area to ourselves aswell, as Giusy only likes to book one room at a time in the off peak season. The highlight was the epic breakfast with so many delicious sweet and savory options, enough for us to make sandwiches to take away for lunch and snacks! She also catered amazingly for our gluten and dairy free needs! She really went above and beyond. And she was such a lovely, warm friendly host, was such a pleasure to meet her! Will definitely come back next time we're in Sicily!

It was spacious, with everything we needed during our 3 night stay. Location was great to visit Ortigia and also the Archeological Park. Both were easy walking distance from the property. Our host, Guisy, could not do enough for us during our stay. From saving us a parking space outside her property when we arrived to providing the most generous, tasting, fabulous breakfast each morning - including comprehensive range of gluten free items. Better than any hotel we have stayed in.

We had such a wonderful stay with Giusy at Stomachion! We stayed in the family room which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We could park for free just outside as other reviews mentioned and the beach is just opposite. The apartment is fully equipped for all needs including coffee machine, washing machine, chairs to use at the beach. The breakfast spread was so extensive and generous - a whole buffet for 2 of us. And finally Giusy was the nicest host. So warm, welcoming, accomodating - she felt like a friend! We would recommend Stomachion to anyone without hesitation. Thank you!

Wifi is poor as it is underground. Stoned pavement makes your feet dirty, slippers provided due to this.

The host was a lovely person! She is so welcoming, offering everything for the most perfect stay. Sleep was amazing, along with the buffet breakfast! A must stay when visiting Syracuse! Best recommendations for nearby restaurants. Aircon was great too.

Amazing property, amazing host, amazing breakfast. I couldn't recommend this property more. I was sad to leave. The room and communal spaces feel like you're at home. So comfortable and welcoming. The bedroom was fitted with all mod cons, it was light, airy and spacious. Really comfortable bed. Powerful spacious shower. Outside space to dry clothes. The kitchen area also had kettle, coffee maker and microwave which you were able to use at any time. It had plenty of space for all guests staying in the rooms at once. The breakfast as if you were staying in a 5* hotel. I think it was better as it was so personal. Everything was fresh and you couldn't have wanted for anything more. Fruit, cake, cereals, toast, fruit juice, teas, coffees, hot chocolate and marshmallows, pizza, Italians pastries and more ! Within walking distances of all the local attractions. If you don't choose to stay here you've made the wrong choice.

Beautifully presented, immaculately clean and new B&B. Giusy the owner was very kind and even gave us a very late checkout as our flight was delayed. Comfortable bed and great aircon. Breakfast was incredible- huge and very diverse- many different pastries, fruit, yoghurt, biscuits, cheese, meats, coffee etc. There were also treats in the fridge for us. Small internal courtyard. Parking for free out the front. A very easy 10 minute walk to Ortigia. Opposite a swimming platform with clean water. Thank you!

The best hotel in Siracusa!!! I am not telling jokes. Giusy is the best host I have ever met in all Italy. The room location was perfect, just 5 min walk to the old city. We parked for free right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is awesomeee and the beds are very comfortable. I absolutely reccommend this place!
