Just a couple of small suggestions: we noticed some cobwebs in the chalet, and we would have preferred a double mattress instead of two singles pushed together for the double bed. That said, these were minor issues in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We would happily return!

We had a fantastic stay! The chalets were charming and comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and always available to help, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, but also ideal for outdoor activities like rafting. A special mention to the two Chilean instructors – they were absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind or experience some adventure.

You need a car or e-bike to travel around

Wonderful place in peaceful valley. Beautiful scenery around. Our chalet was clean and well furnished, all the facilities are modern and well maintained. Owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. We went rafting with them and rented e-bikes, all was great.

I would have liked the swimming pool to be open earlier and a little later in the day (open 10-6) as we were out much of the day and didn't have much time to swim and play.

The chalet was beautiful with many small, handmade bits that make it particularly special. The location is wonderful,. Two minutes from the river with a wonderful path following it. Breakfast was decent. A good variety of food from cereal and pastries to ham cheese and toast. They also provided an excellent range of gluten free snacks/toast and homemade yoghurt (delicious). We went rafting as a family and it was amazing. They were professional, kind and lots of fun for both of 5 and 8 year old children.

Even though completely understandable, the prohibition to bring food into the chalet is quite limiting for people like us who like to prepare our own food. The automatic reminder to rate our stay by Whatsapp message at 5 AM.

The chalet was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Good and ample breakfast, especially the chocolate croissants. Friendly and helpful hosts. A very nice place close to the nature, hiking, biking, rafting. It is a comfortable stay well worth the money.

A peaceful enjoyable stay. We stayed two nights and wish we’d stayed longer. Paolo and Laura are fantastic hosts. Definitely go rafting. The Stura River is beautiful

Breakfast was very average. Juice and hot drinks from the machine were terrible. Not enough selection of fresh fruit. Nobody used the swimming pool because the staff were very protective of it, too many rules and a freezing shower to go through just to be able to sit near the pool.

Great location right by the river. Beds comfortable. Nice to have free use of the ping pong table. Fantastic Chilean river raft guides, very friendly.

-The Manager (person who checked.in us and reinforced us the law) Staff tells you too No’s at each interaction. - Internet: only in shared places… that were closed 22 hrs a day. - No place to cook, nor even to heat water. It is forbidden to enter any food to the rooms… and the bar is open only for breakfast. - Room: bad heating. We stayed 3 nights; first night the heating worked just a while; we tried hard, but in turned off; plus no wifi and unexpected hunger (eating forbiedn, bar closed…). Last one, eventually the heater decided to work ok… learning? - Room. Nice words… but rustic wooden benches made of cheap wood, and a shelf that serves as a desk.
