Sofa bed was uncomfortable, keypad lock to get in was not user friendly, some walls were dirty.

During stay of 8 days, we expect the apartment cleaning in-between at least once.

The communication with the property was clear. Since we were aware of the normal process, it was ok to manage.

We had some issues with the shower. The water temp was not stable and it was difficult to make water coming out from the shower. If the owner improve this a bit, this place would be perfect.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Although we arrived quite late and had some problems with the check in, she was there to help out. The parking lot was proper, not just on the street. The room was large and comfy. The kitchen and eating area were nice.

Towels every person is given 2 (1small and 1big), you have to take care of them because to get more you have to pay or you can opt to wash them yourself.

Easy to check in and quite straight forward to enter. The apartment had everything (kettle, fridge, cups etc).

The location of the property was a bit creepy.Situated in a run down area of Certosa, very near to railway station which was about 300 meters away.Apartment was adjacent to an arterial road into and out of the city so with the two it was quite noisy at times.As there were no staff when we arrived we had to use the self service check in which was absolutely fine.Think the owners should place a board on the wall of the apartment to indicate where the apartment is, it was very confusing and we ended up in the wrong building.

It was very secure, with locked gated entry.Apartment was on the 3rd floor, with a large terrace.The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything that was needed for a short stay.The beds were very comfortable.Hostess was very helpful and gave us plenty of. information.A fabulous supermarket is located just by the railway station.

The location is outside of Milan city center and in a run-down neighborhood, so we didnt feel very safe although it had safety features on entrance and inside the buildings.

Located close to transport like train , tram and bus stops. I chose this because of its reasonable price to accomomodate my family but would skip it for a return trip

the balcony was covered in bottles. check in was ridiculous - automated which is flawed and not suitable for anyone under 6’. not enough pillows. only 2 seats to sit on.

The train station close to the appartement. But the tram stopping very close to the appartement is a very good option.

The appartement was very comfortable. Big and clean. And a very good price. We found this lovely restaurant Da Giuliano, 3 minutes walking from the appartement, if you use the back port of the building.

Everything. The was very dirty, serwis wasn't on the reception, didn't pick up the Phone. There was scaffoling outsider the building. We couldn't open the Windows, Windows blinds were broken. We had to living with lampa, because was darkin the rooms. Serwis didn't Respond. We had to place on the parking but when we arrived the wasn't this place. I didn't reccomend this place.

I am not familiar with the self-check-in procedure. The good thin is that I can contact via hotline and message in booking, also the uncle in concierge is very kindly!

This property benefits well the price and availability of trams to city center. My apartment is in 3B, the highest stage with huge balcony platform, I enjoyed the sunshine in the afternoon, and watched stars at night.
