Location was great, the restaurant onsite was good and very busy every night (make reservations if you're in a group). Great service from all staff in hotel and restaurant.

Location to the beach.

Nice appartment, equiped with everything you need. Near the beach and free parking space.

Clean and well equipped, friendly staff and excellent location. We stayed in a newly built room, some rooms are older.

We missed some basic equipment in the room, like water kettle, bottle/wine opener, glasses and cups, would have been nice.

This was a hotelroom with breakfast included. Very nice - but a very hard madress.

Nice hotel with car park in a great location. HB was good but could have been better explained. Receptionist took us to our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast good. Nice bar.

When we arrived (Sunday PM) around 40 Italian yobs were drunk and were causing havoc. Our room was next to one of their rooms which had 5 of them in it. They were singing football type drunken songs laced with very rude words - a young English couple with two young children were there too and should not have been exposed to that. The manager needs to make up his mind about the guests he wants - yobs who drink lots of beer or family guests. Until he does don't go at the weekend.

The place was close to water which has nice views , being close to the restaurant is nice for eating . the checkin and checkout was smooth and straight forward. the parking is nice too. pillows were good size . closets in rooms were good. in two bedroom apartment we had had two bathrooms which helps .

we had a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment . the one bedroom apartment had a problem with warm water and despite several visits to the reception they didnt fix it . the two bedroom aparmtent was lacking kitchen equipments. No dish soap or washing machine powder was provided wich is very inconvenient , we shouldnt go to the supermarket and buy a huge washing detergent for 5/6 days of staying . the bathrooms lack shelves to put your toilettries on . when we came the first day the apartment smelled of stale air which means that they havent really prepared it for the arrival of guests , meaning we had to open the windows at night and all sorts of mosquitos come in . they can benefit from mosquito nets. the doors to all rooms and bathrooms didnt have a lock and were difficult to close and open and made a lot of noise . the bed mattress in some rooms were very thin and in other rooms so stiff . every early morning we woke up by the noise made by cleaning staff emptying trash cans full of bottles . also some maintenece ont he hedges were done early morning when we were having our breakfast . the cleaning and maintenanace must be done after 10 am . they gave us key cards for accessing the parking and took deposits for them , I suggest that they put the access on the keys so the guest doenst have to keep track of different cards and keys . the lights inside the property are this fluorescent lamps that are very uncomfortable .

Everything was great. Nice rooms, awesome restaurant, good location, private parking, and very polite, friendly staff. Definitely worth staying there!

The location is great, right by the beach. The staff are really friendly and there a couple of great restaurants by the accommodation where we enjoyed our dinners.

The room we stayed in was quite old, but they did offer an upgrade for extra charge at check-in.

Highly recommendable hotel area at the sea side in front of beach street at the east coast of Sardinia. Breakfast was delicious and included. Restaurant and gelateria at the hotel vey good. Beautiful rooms. Easy parking.

No baby cot, but baby could sleep in the bed.

Unfortunately we got a room with a view in the indoor yard, but nonetheless we were close to the beach.
