I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a bus stop that takes you to the city. We definitely will come back!

I can not say anything bad from this hotel. Location is great. Easy to find with GPS. Parking place until you check in/out than you have the possibility to park in a closed parking place. 300 m away, but it is completely ok for me, until my car is in a safe place. Staff is super nice and friendly. 10/10 Room is exactly as it is on booking photos, no cheating there. Enough space, clean, comfy bed, perfect air conditioning. Fridge, big tv, enough socket to charge your devices, properly working wifi. Bathroom is spacey, well-sized shower. 10/10 Breakfast perfect for children and adults. 10/10

A great location for a comfortable seaside holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of quality food for breakfast. Well organised car parking service, 5 minutes walking distance. Cool idea with relaxation and sunbathing area on the roof of the hotel. Nice clean beach right across the road. And in general the town is cosy, with good restaurants, in particular we would like to mention Ristorante da Todro Due Santi with delicious local cuisine.

We booked last minute and only stayed there for one night but were really pleased with everything we found there. Everyone was extremely helpful with check-in and sorting out car parking, although this can be limited if parking right alongside the hotel itself, but definitely not a negative comment intended. Very clean throughout with stunning views from wonderful roof top terrace. Breakfast fantastic value and staff all friendly and courteous. Location good for easy walking to nice eateries.Would definately recommend

Now you may ask why 7 and not higher after all the good comments. I had a bit of a bad experience, let me tell you. In my first day I was given a simpler and smaller room than my original booking. They said the room was having problems and they were waiting for a repairman to fix, so I was informed that I would go to my original room the next day at 11.00 o'clock. Just to be fair I need to tell you that I was paid the room difference, so it is positive. The other day I saw some people were checking out, I checked their room numbers and I got the same room number key. I don't think there was a repair, it seemed to me that they double booked the room which is not okay.

The location is pretty nice. It is a quite area, very close to nice beaches but also it is quite close to the center of the town, you can just walk to the center (Not to the Rimini center, there you need to take a bus, but the center of the area is in walking distance where you can find restaurants, pubs, stores, the main square etc.) The staff are amazing, they are very open to chat, anser your questions, very helpful and nice people. The room was comfy and clean. Good facilities overall

We were sprung with an extra $80 euro charge when we arrived supposedly for a room upgrade as we were with dog. However, at the time of booking, weeks before, they were informed of our dog and her breed. The rather forceful receptionist insisted it was my problem as she had emailed me (in Italian) a few days before our arrival. Really! The "upgrade" was a tiny room with an extra bed we did not need and where the dog bed could hardly fit on the floor. Also the aircon was terrible and we hardly slept. When we asked for a fan it was simply "No".

Some members of staff were delightful. Very clean and in a good position. Breakfast was delicious.
