Great location with excellent restaurant attached. Onsite parking and close to ferry and shops. The pool is large, clean and has ample sun lounges. Aircon and fridge fabulous.

Breakfast is standard fare for Italian hotels; bread, meat, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, juices, tea/coffee, boiled eggs. Would have been nice to have had a cooked option other than just boiled eggs. Omelet? Scrambled egg? Sausages? Air conditioning in the room was very poor though. Sat above the wardrobe and pointing at the corner where the suitcases were stored, not at the bed. Couldn't leave the balcony door open as busy across the river and the noise travelled.

Location is superb. On the bridge, great selection of restaurants down the lakeside and attached to the hotel. 5 min walk to ferry point for ferry to Monte Isola and other villages along the lakeside. Pool was very nice and a great facility especially as it was so hot. Cleaned regularly, plenty of sun beds (no silly queues or hogging of beds) and the option to go into the river for a swim if you wanted.

Hotel could do with a bit of a revamp. Although the rustic ambience added something to the trip. Balcony was small and overlooked the car park. Roadworks behind hotel on last night meant very little sleep.

Location was perfect. Staff very friendly. Pizzeria downstairs was very nice and food was delicious.

The room and the structure have of course some years, so it is very basic. The rooms are also very basic, so I would say it is a strategic functional position for value price.

The staff has been very nice and the location is super for a walk or for a visit to the City center. There is also a restaurant downstairs if you are on a late checkin and in need of eating something. Value for price is ok.

Breakfast is a catch. The hotel also has a restaurant at very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and was cleaned without my request. Staff is friendly. Great vicinity to other lakes and other major cities/towns if you are traveling by car.

The location just across the river from all the other bars and restaurants. We dined in the hotel and had a delicious meal.All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home.Off street parking for the motorbike was free of charge.

Shower is on the same level floor as rest of the bathroom so there is water everywhere after taking a shower. But I would still stay at the hotel. Not a deal breaker for me

Breakfast was rather basic and the coffee was no glamour.

I like the location and the fact that a free parking was available. It's in the very centre of Sarnico, you can't miss or regret it. The room was basic but clean. And I loved the little balcony with a nice view. I stayed for just one night, arrived late in the evening and left in the morning right after breakfast so didn't get a chance to love or hate the place :-p

I had to be in the area for business (no-work related) matters; thus, it was important to get a good night's rest and show me the premises and the beautiful patio outside. Upon arrival, the owner greeted me and offered me a coffee, and it was a pleasant conversation. The Lakeview room was sparkly clean, the bed comfy, and the wifi fast. There was also a refrigerator with complimentary bottled water. The view from the room was enchanting! The free breakfast was sumptuous, with various cakes, croissants (three types), continental breakfast, and items for making your sandwiches.

Comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The location of this hotel is very good just beside Lake Iseo. Private parking was also secured.
