The lighting is rather dim. The interior feels a bit chaotic. Because of the abundance of old furniture and the dated bathroom tiles, even though everything is clean and tidy, there’s still a sense of wear and tear. Check-in is only available until 8:00 PM.

The room is really spacious, and it’s great that there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows. And it was great there was private parking!

What a lovely relaxing country place to stay, simple but nice room with everything you need (good fridge!) and a very lovely owner! We wished we could have stayed longer, as we only had one night in the area. Very good value too.

Lovely country-house accommodation, charming interior with character. Equipped with all necessary practical utensils. Very kind and helpful host. Quiet location, space for parking right at the property, short drive to Palmanova town. Excellent ice-cream shop in the nearby village and Paola was happy to share her recommendations on restaurants to eat out in town :)

The property is suitable for travelers by car, as it is located in a small village. But the sea and other places can be easily reached by car. We stayed in a large room with air conditioning, which was very useful because of the hot weather. We felt free and relaxed here and Paola is a wonderful host who recommended places to visit and told us about the history of the place.

We had everything what we needed. There's free parking on site which was great, nice and clean studio, kitchen, overall good value for the money and in nice quiet and beautiful countryside.

There is no television in the room, and the shower curtains are too long, so they compromise water flow into the drenage system during showering.

Paola was sincere, polite and thoughtful. The accommodation is colourful and comfy. We had excellent wifi.

Excellent studio in a refurbished farm house. Simple but spacious room with comfortable beds. Paola was there to receive you and help with recommendations. Historic environment with short distance to Sea, wineries and city (Trieste/Udine). Remote but very much recommendable.

Paola was super helpful and accommodating with our checkin time. It was a spacious room with all the facilities you could need for a short stay. We didn't cook but it's fully equipped if you want to. Beautiful garden to sit in an enjoy a drink at the end of the day. We ate dinner both nights next door at the Agriturismo restaurant, it was absolutely amazing. Fabulous food, lovely wine and great service. The area is great, a short drive to the outlet mall or the shops.

Highly recommended accommodation! Situated in the outskirts of the village, with a beautiful garden it has a private parking where we parked our motorcycle. Paola, the hostess, welcoming and willing to help us. The room very clean and spacious. It has a refrigerator, a sink and a kitchenette. Paola had turned on the heating for us, so the room was cosy and warm. Comfortable beds and pillows.
