Literally the only thing I could find fault with was the rather over pungent air freshener in the hallways! Minor detail really!!

Amazing stay in Florence! My stay at this accommodation was excellent. The host who welcomed me Federico was incredibly kind and attentive—he gave me a city map and explained all the key highlights of Florence, which was super helpful. The hotel has beautiful decor, and the room was very comfortable with a stunning view of the Campanile of the Duomo. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I also loved the complimentary water station where you can refill your bottles—such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely recommend staying here.

What I didn’t like was that the breakfast is not on the property, I thought it was just in a different room on the property so we ended up not going. It ends at 10 and we couldn’t get there by then. We’re actually not late sleepers but on vacation we’re slower. The other thing I didn’t like was what has to be done to enter the hotel, you can’t just enter a front door.

It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. My husband loved the snacks and the large shower! The staff were very nice!

The breakfast is served in another building 2 minutes away but it was not varied enough. The coffee is good! The elevator is very narrow.

Stanze del David Place has the best location — just a short walk from Palazzo Vecchio and the Accademia Gallery and near restaurants and gelato! It’s very convenient for exploring the heart of Florence. The room with high ceiling and nice design was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee available in the room. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was excellent in every way. A perfect situation in the heart of Florence, a few minutes' walk from all the key sights. A short walk from the train station, and within easy reach of the many excellent restaurants and bars. The room itself was lovely - very spacious and well presented. The bed was comfortable, and the spa bath a real treat after lots of walking! The staff were welcoming and helpful with advice on where to eat and how to get tickets for attractions.

Unfortunately, when you pick a very central location you also get a lot of noise. It was really noisy until about 2am then again at 6-7am. We also found the lift really small and awkward, especially when trying to get our luggage back downstairs. The water pressure for a shower wasn’t very powerful but I guess it’s also another part of being on the 4th floor in an old building. None of the aforementioned things would stop us staying here again though!

The central location. Just 5 mins away from the iconic cathedral which we could see from our window. The room was really spacious and clean. I loved the thoughtful addition of still and sparkling water along with some snacks which were replenished daily. We picked the room with the jet bath which was lovely to relax in after a long day on your feet.

Street was noisy at night and early morning.

Rooms were reasonable size. Bed was comfortable. Snacks and water in the room were a pleasant surprise. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. They were great at staying in communication to checkin and checkout. Centrally located with easy access to sites.

Outstanding!!! Right in the middle of the city with small cozy streets with nice restaurants. Quiet and with everything you need. Superfriendly staff that we consult all through our 5 day long stay. They helped us make reservations in nontourist restaurants where they didnt speek English.

The room is in the center, close to everything. The room is extraordinarily equipped. There is refilled coffee, snacks, water, teas every morning. The staff is nice. Before we got here it was kinda challenging how we could communicate via phone, Booking messages, but from the time we were here everything was set for us. We would stay here next time as well.

The walls are quite thin so I would recommend bringing some earplugs. We had some noisy neighbours next door in another building and it was hard to get to sleep at times. Small price to pay for such a great location & beautiful room though!

Beautiful property situated right in the middle of the city near the Piazza della Signora. We really appreciated the staff’s tips on where to eat and what to do - did not have one bad experience while following their advice. Looking forward to coming back some day!
