Amazing Location, very clean. Roman was very helpful. Delicious breakfast we had rainy night but we were able to enjoy some wine at the beautiful patio.

Very thoughtfully laid out place. A superb first floor terrace that gove a feeling of home away from home. A delightful host and with such easy reach to Verona centre ... delightful touches on internal decor and a lovely array of plants on the terrace....A delightful experience all round!

I can't think of anything to critique ....

Nicest people, good location (walking distance to center), everything was very clean, and a very cozy terrace. Roman also did his best (and succeeded) to provide a nice and slightly different breakfast every day. Rooms are in a historical19th century building and the interior is pretty and fits this history perfectly.

We went as a family of 4. We booked 2 rooms which were absolutely beautiful. The outside patio area was also beautiful and just like the photos. Roman was an amazing, helpful host and introduced himself to us during breakfast. We briefly saw Anna who gave us a gorgeous kind smile. The breakfast was tasty, varied, well presented and thought out. After a busy 3 days in Venice, Verona was just what we needed and I wish we had spent longer here instead.

We had a wonderful stay here! From the very first day, we felt right at home — the host is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location is great: close to the center of Verona, just a short walk away. The house has a special charm, likely an old Italian building full of character, beautifully renovated with great taste. Everything is very clean and cozy, and the terrace is a lovely spot to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and available for guests — perfect for breakfast or a snack, with everything you need for comfort. One of the highlights was the breakfast, offered in a thoughtfully prepared basket by the host — such a warm and caring gesture. Coffee and water were always available, which made everything even more comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you truly feel welcome, and you can tell the hosts have put a lot of heart into it. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed everything about our stay, from the comfy beds, the vintage design of the room to the hospitability of the owners. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was great as well and the common area kitchen offered everything we needed. It was a cozy place, along with the terrace. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Hard to say. Everything was great. The location was maybe a bit far from city center (more than a half hour walk). However, we were aware of that and totally assumed it. Also, that made it quieter. We also took advantage of that to enhance our daily steps goal. It is, overall, a great value for money.

Very good breakfast, even though located next to main street it’s not noisy and sleep quality is very good. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Free parking on nearby streets. Was very positively surprised by the quality of pre packed breakfast - surley best we have seen during our travels. City center and restaurants are on walking distance.

Roman is such a great host, making us comfortable during our staying! The place was really nice and well decorated. Breakfast was very good too.

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly made us feel at home. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect: just a short walk from everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—everything was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and delicious. A wonderful experience all around. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!

Our hosts went above and beyond, the room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was lovely and the facilities were fabulous, we can’t wait to go back.

Great localisation, kitchen with unlimited access to coffee, tea and water. Super nice, friendly and helpful owners taking care of everything. We also parked our car without any problems. It was really nice stay in Verona :)

We had a wonderful stay in Verona, and Roman & Anna made it perfect. They are warm, helpful, and do everything possible to ensure a great experience. The house is very lovely decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. In the evening, you can relax on the beautifully designed terrace. We had a really good time. Thank you, Roman and Anna!!!!!

The Accomodation was very nice and well decorated, very clean. The hosts communicated well, the breakfast was of good standard and having a terrace to sit at was really good. We really loved staying there. It is about 5-10 minute walk to a busier area with restaurants and around 20-30 minute walk ( all on level, no hills) to main older town with arena.

The host was great, we were a little skeptical that the breakfast would be good but It was actually the best breakfast we had in our week in Europe! The rooms were clean and ornate.

Loud main street, bring earplugs!

The breakfast provided by the owners was fantastic. It included a fresh pastry and delicious sandwich, as well as fruit, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc. It was definitely enough to set us up for the day. The terrace was lovely and we had our breakfast there. The owners are extremely receptive - we had a problem with the stopper in the sink, and Roman was there right away. While there was a bit of a walk to the historic centre, it wasn't difficult and we appreciated seeing the city.

Brilliant host. Extra space in the rooms, beautiful décor and a wonderful breakfast supplied to enjoy inside out outside.
