The place was great. It is in a great location. The busses are just a few steps away. The host left a binder of recommendations and maps, which were very helpful! The terrace was beautiful. Everything was clean and organized when we walked in. If I had any questions, she was quick to answer them. I would definitely recommend this place.

In spite of it being mentioned in the listing, there was no city view from this apartment. There was no way to adjust the shower that we could find, and it was easy to bump your head against it if not careful. it's very close to the main road which is great for traveling in the day, but means you are going to hear a lot of sounds from the street like cars passing by, or the crossing beepers at night. The bed is comfortable, but we had to get extra pillows for the stay as the ones provided did not provide necessary support for a comfortable nights rest.

The terrace was lovely to relax in during the cool evenings. The shower was large and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental is surrounded by shops and restaurants making nights out really easy, with a bus stop right down the road, a train and metro station about a 30 minutes walk, accessing other locations in the city and outside of the city is very easy. Plenty of comfortable seating spaces are available. Instructions for check-in provided were clear and easy to follow if a bit unconventional.

I think the bathroom toiletries could be improved alongside the heating/cooling of the water.

I really like how the owner welcomed us and provided some guide and tips for first time travelers in Rome. The property felt like home and is spacious.

It was definitely the attitude of a nice owner. She was happy to help with everything, give advice and send first information about public transport before arrival. She also gave us perfectly described instructions on how to get to the apartment. It is definitely a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning on very hot days was nice. In the end there is nothing to complain about. The location is also great in the mix as you can get everywhere very quickly.

There is some background street noise from the main road nearby but given that Rome is a bustling capital city this was not a big issue especially with windows closed.

The location was excellent for visiting Rome. Good bus service very nearby to take us into the centre, with Metro and Rail links within a 20 min walk. Although the studio is on the 5th floor there is a working lift. All relevant details for local shops and restaurants were supplied by our host who greeted us on the first day. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions very well.

The location is ideal for those wanting to visit the Vatican City as it is really only a 15 minute walk from the property. There is a commercial street few minutes from the property where you can find all you need for your stay: cafes, restaurants, groceries, buses etc. We also appreciated very much the terrace where we could relax sitting outside while sipping a glass of vino

Michela is a fantastic host and always available to help with any issues. The apartment was fantastic with a wonderful terrace to sit on whenever you want to chill. The location of the property is brilliant. Its in a very nice area of Rome with easy bus links to the centre of Rome, and Metro station only a 15 min walk away. For me personally, it allowed me to live like an Italian for a week. Special mention to the local people who are great and friendly. 3 bars for breakfast & a sneaky afternoon coffee, Papa Rex restaurant down the road has amazing food. I loved it and had a wonderful week.

We stayed at Holiday Rental St. Peter’s area for the second time, pre Covid and now, August2023. Apartment is located conveniently close the St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican, 15-20 minutes’ walk. Very well kept, clean, didn’t have any issues with anything. It has a large terrace, kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay, sleeping area spacious, good A/C quiet and efficient. Area is very quiet, no noises overnight, we really enjoyed our glass of wine on the terrace at the end of a busy walking day in Rome. Our host, Michela was very helpful, providing all the support we needed.

The Location is great. A 15 minute walk to the Vatican or you can use the local bus services ( bus stop a few minutes away ) so easy to use .Local shops and cafe a few minutes walk. Michela could not be more helpful and helped to arrange a taxi on a couple of occasions and very nice to chat and meet . The balcony is great size and nice to sit and to chill in the evening after a busy day walking around Rome. Taxi service was very good . Used on a few occasions . Speak English and arrived on time and reasonable prices. The apartment is very secure. Would recommend this apartment.

The only thing to comment is that the extra bed for one person is a bit uncomfortable.

The location seemed exceptional to us, as long as you want to be a little away from the center. Michela was aware of everything, she gave us very useful information to move in Rome. The kitchen has everything you need and that is a must. The terrace was the best gift for breakfast.

The apartment met all our expectations. Very pleasantly and cozily furnished with a large terrace. Kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances. Well-functioning air conditioning. Everything flawless and clean. The hostess Michaela is a wonderful and friendly person. She discreetly cares about the comfort of her guests. Before our arrival we received thorough instructions for check-in and wonderfully prepared,very detailed information about the surroundings , stores, restaurants and transportation. Location very good. !15 min on foot to St. Peter's Basilica , and from there it is close to the most important attractions of this beautiful city. For those who do not like to walk , under the house there are buses to the most important places of Rome. Nearby wonderful , typical local restaurants with delicious food . A wonderful stay.
