It was really clean and spacious. Michaela, the host, was available for anything and was very sweet. Shower was great, location was perfect, the terrace was súper pretty.

The place was great. It is in a great location. The busses are just a few steps away. The host left a binder of recommendations and maps, which were very helpful! The terrace was beautiful. Everything was clean and organized when we walked in. If I had any questions, she was quick to answer them. I would definitely recommend this place.

The terrace was lovely to relax in during the cool evenings. The shower was large and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental is surrounded by shops and restaurants making nights out really easy, with a bus stop right down the road, a train and metro station about a 30 minutes walk, accessing other locations in the city and outside of the city is very easy. Plenty of comfortable seating spaces are available. Instructions for check-in provided were clear and easy to follow if a bit unconventional.

In spite of it being mentioned in the listing, there was no city view from this apartment. There was no way to adjust the shower that we could find, and it was easy to bump your head against it if not careful. it's very close to the main road which is great for traveling in the day, but means you are going to hear a lot of sounds from the street like cars passing by, or the crossing beepers at night. The bed is comfortable, but we had to get extra pillows for the stay as the ones provided did not provide necessary support for a comfortable nights rest.

I really like how the owner welcomed us and provided some guide and tips for first time travelers in Rome. The property felt like home and is spacious.

I think the bathroom toiletries could be improved alongside the heating/cooling of the water.

An exceptional level of cleanliness. The host was super helpful, she is readily available to attend to any questions and to give you all required information. The area is close to all major city attractions with easy access to public transportation.

It was definitely the attitude of a nice owner. She was happy to help with everything, give advice and send first information about public transport before arrival. She also gave us perfectly described instructions on how to get to the apartment. It is definitely a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning on very hot days was nice. In the end there is nothing to complain about. The location is also great in the mix as you can get everywhere very quickly.

A bit far from main city and Italian buses confusing!

Quiet, close to the Vatican, nice bathroom, ok bed, and a nice patio!

Was spacious, clean, great kitchen and comfy bed. Great unlimited wi fi, close to bus stops, lots of information left so knew where supermarkets, restaurants were (great little pizza place 2 minute walk away.

I didn’t realise I’d booked a room without outdoor space, checked my emails and yes, I had been told but missed that sentence. So thoughts of cooking a nice meal and sitting out to enjoy the view didn’t happen, apparently only 1 unit out of the 4 hasn’t got outdoor space (typical, and we got it!) so check your booking, cos the other rooms were much nicer. The lift ( we were on the fifth floor!) was broken, which was a nuisance, however Marcela (owner) instigated a $100 refund, without my asking, which I thought was fair.

The location was excellent for visiting Rome. Good bus service very nearby to take us into the centre, with Metro and Rail links within a 20 min walk. Although the studio is on the 5th floor there is a working lift. All relevant details for local shops and restaurants were supplied by our host who greeted us on the first day. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions very well.

There is some background street noise from the main road nearby but given that Rome is a bustling capital city this was not a big issue especially with windows closed.
