Bathroom was a little dated

Central location - conveniently located between Vatican, travastere and Spanish steps / Trevi. Located in a quiet step yet very close to great shops to enjoy. Staff very helpful. Was able to check in early which was an added bonus after long transit

Not a 5 star hotel but good standard 4 stars. Gym quite small but everything is there.

Great location and very friendly staff. All sites are in walkable distance. Parking garage near by. Value for money is fair.

This was our third stay at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the location and delicious breakfast in their beautiful courtyard. The service was excellent and this time we had a chance to have dinner in their restaurant and it was equally excellent. We will return again.

Location was good, however outside the hotel the city street was being torn up by the city with a truck load of gravel/rock in front of the hotel entrance. I know, by no fault of the Hotel, fair enough. Surely I would stay again regardless of the street being torn up.

Hotel, staff, breakfast, room, cleaning staff are were friendly and ready to help. The lead chef for breakfast did a superb job at accommodating our gluten free needs with the best chocolate filled croissant (GF) ever!

A restful haven in a busy and noisy city! Very appreciative that the staffs' command of English enabled them to answer more complex questions than just "Which way do I go to get to the Vatican?"!!!!

The staff were so helpful and friendly everyday could not have been better. The breakfast and courtyard were very good. I will use again if we visit and have recommended to friends and family if they plan to visit Rome.

The rooftop bar is fabulous, staff were excellent. Disappointed about the pool as this was part of the reason I booked. Oh and great little neighbourhood.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room size was larger than normal for European standards and the AC worked well. The rooftop bar was a nice added bonus and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We liked the location because it was centrally located, yet not in a high traffic area.

The one drawback was the heat, too hot!! And, it could not adjusted. We were told that the system was under upgrade and could be adjusted in the meantime. So, the technician ended up turning off our ventilation system and offered us an electric fan. We went back to the basics!! We did not want to open the balcony door for security reasons and a bit noisy outside. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful; they have tried their best, it's winter time, so it's ok. Another one was water in the bathroom, it was too slow. Took a long time to shower. Hope that the above concerns will be fixed or improved in our next visit. We like this hotel a lot and would like to come back on our next visit.

We love the room and the balcony. One suggestion would be a place for luggage. The location was excellent! We did not take the breakfast option, but we had a walk at the breakfast restaurant, the breakfast buffet looked attractive. We had a great time. All the staff members were super friendly, helpful and hospitable.

no valet parking the room was very hot i entered and it was 25 degrees to i turned on the ac to 19 and left when i returned hours later it was 27 degrees (result i turned it all off and slept with the windown open) drank a lot of water ...

the location was excellent - perfect to start your walk around rome to see the sights but also to go to the restaurants and bars in the very cosy streets

It was virtually impossible to take a shower without the water getting on the marble floor. The shower door was not large enough.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff a delight. You can dine both inside and in the courtyard.
