The location is perfect, and the staff are welcoming 🙏 There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and the vatican museum is right next to it.

Some staff extremely helpful..others not so. How can a hotel front desk personnel not aware of restaurants that are open late close by or willing to research?

They had Netflix for the room TV advertised however you couldn’t get Netflix on the TV and had to rely on only 3-4 channels that you could change language to English.

The qualities of the whole room and balcony view was perfect.

Buffet breakfast was very American and repetitive. Stayed for 2 breakfasts only though. Would have loved a bigger salad variety especially w a lot of Italian cold pastas available locally

The modern design made working from the hotel feel like a coworking place. Service was amazing. Staff were always reading my body language and came to help for small queries to bigger assistance.

We had a great stay overall, but one small downside was the TV. It wasn’t a smart TV, which meant we couldn’t log into Netflix or other streaming services. Not a huge issue, but for the price, we expected a more modern setup. The available channels were mostly news, so entertainment options were quite limited. While this didn’t affect our overall experience too much, having a smart TV would have been a nice touch for added convenience.

We had a fantastic stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was especially important as my partner was 7 months pregnant—she was able to rest well for all four nights. The room was modern, high spec, and absolutely spotless. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing we didn’t like here :) A fantastic hotel!

We really liked this hotel. Great location near the Vatican, excellent service, a terrace with a sauna and jacuzzi, and delicious food in the restaurant.

I was in an accessible room…however…I couldn’t reach anything…if I was disabled then it would be a big problem…not designed well. All was very very clean! Alive that there was a robe and slippers and the soap was lovely smelling :)

It was ok but expensive for my gluten free. 20.00…just had fruit and a piece of bread. (In packages that you couldn’t toast)

Really good location in a quite area, near the Vatican and metro station. The room was nice and clean, the staff was super polite and breakfast included great variety of Italian products. Sauna was a wonderful bonus at the end of the active day in Rome.

The check in could have been earlier. We arrived at 9.30am and had to wait until 3.00pm for our room.

The location was absolutely ideal for all venues. Very pleased with the hotel with no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
