Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had a great stay overall, but one small downside was the TV. It wasn’t a smart TV, which meant we couldn’t log into Netflix or other streaming services. Not a huge issue, but for the price, we expected a more modern setup. The available channels were mostly news, so entertainment options were quite limited. While this didn’t affect our overall experience too much, having a smart TV would have been a nice touch for added convenience.
We had a fantastic stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was especially important as my partner was 7 months pregnant—she was able to rest well for all four nights. The room was modern, high spec, and absolutely spotless. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

It was ok but expensive for my gluten free. 20.00…just had fruit and a piece of bread. (In packages that you couldn’t toast)
