Parking space was not easy as the hotel was fully booked and manoeuvring the car on the parking was not easy.

Actually one little comment: more coffee sticks in the hotel room. We bought them ourselves in the supermarket close to the hotel. We asked for more but the policy was ONE coffee stick in a TWO people bedroom. Somewhat funny 😄 Again; a small details the would make the stay a 10 points. Thanks and bis zum nächsten!

Modern and cosy family operated boutique hotel with modern layout. Comfortable rooms with luxurious bathrooms and giant fluffy beds. The spa with sauna’s is a beautiful area open for guests. The breakfast is very complete with great selection of products. Dog friendly 🐾 Hotel 300 meters away from the heart of village. Perfect spot for your daily hikes, bikes and more. We would call this the best accommodation in our entire travel history! We wonder how this accommodation can only have 4 stars, it should definitely be at least 5 or 6 stars. We enjoyed our stay from A-Z and would like to spend more time there. Dog-friendly accommodation, against the background of European prices, expensive for a dog stay, but this is offset by the gifts provided for the dogs and the rest is for staying in the hotel! And it was absolutely worth to pay it for this kind of service! The hotel has a fantastic interior, thought out to every detail, we had never seen such a perfectly executed design! Everything was thought of. Modern and the smell when approaching the hotel door and throughout the hotel was very pleasant, in addition it created a high-class feeling. Parking is available in some spaces at the hotel entrance and some in the underground parking lot, included in the price, no separate payment required. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, a modern entrance and easy access to all floors, parking. At the garage door there is a stand for dogs with poop bags. Very handy! We were even more surprised by the breakfast, because they have reserved tables for guests by name, served by a waiter and rich, really delicious dishes! We rarely enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and, moreover, with a view of the mountains! If you're not impressed enough, the hotel has a large, really modern SPA area, and an outdoor hot tub, set outside with a view of the mountains, in a very well-kept and landscaped backyard. The SPA area is accessed by elevator, and you can immediately hear the sounds of nature's birds before entering the area. As I said, everything has been thought of! Every step in this hotel surprised us! And I can't help but mention - the hotel had a fantastic, kind staff, very responsive! They offered to carry our bags, help us, and showed us the room themselves, without making us look for it. TOP CLASS! Thank you

Just perfect

Very welcoming staff, great atmosphere in all the hotel spaces. Extremely cozy with a touch of design but without loosing the connection with the mountain feel. Nice spa facilities, easy access to the slopes and to the village. Rooms are fantastic as you wake up with the best mountain view.

fantastic hotel full of little touches, the chalet bus to the ski lifts of the morning works well, food is amazing and rooms are very comfortable and good sizes. its a very short walk down the hill the hill to the village. being able to ski back to the hotel makes the return home easy

The Front Desk Staff needs to be more Courteous to the Guests.They were not at all friendly or going out of the way to help the Guests.The only saving grace of the Hotel was Mr David (one Man Army).

The only disadvantage we could think of is the quality of coffee served during breakfast could be improved.

The hotel is extremely well though: we were there during the hiking season, and the hotel offered the backpack for hiking and walking sticks; our dog was treated like a real guest — he got his own bowls, dog mat and treats, and a handy dog station on lower floor. The rooms were extremely spacious and offered great views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was delicious both in the morning and in the evening. The whole hotel is full of cute details — from apples and dried fruit in SPA area to “welcome to breakfast” serving styles which were different every day.

Absolutely loved this place! Run by the owners, with very friendly and helpful staff and incredible attention to detail. From the extras that you can borrow, to the little gifts!!! They given us lots of details on hikes and bike routes. It has been renovated to high standards, warm deco, amazing food and super spa area! Great view from our balcony and superb location into town and even to start your hike from there. We went in summer, would love to be back in winter

- Room furniture and lighting could be a bit more modern to go along with the common areas style. - Shower cabin could have been a bit bigger. - Some breakfast items are charged separately, as pancakes which would usually be included in other hotel’s breakfast.

- Welcoming and attentive staff. Great location, trails leaving from the hotel entrance, public transport can be used for free with a card provided by the hotel. Excellent breakfast, everything was delicious. Large comfortable room, with window blinds which allowed nice darkness to sleep.
