The rooms was fill of moskitos, the air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast was various, but the scrambled eggs were cold and not good.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center OF Cologno Monzese. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The Kitchen staff could be more available and friendlier. Coffee is not readily available and we needed to keep on waiting for the staff to get out of the kitchen to be able to request for coffee. They always appear 'so busy" that you feel bad for asking for things. Food and juices are not replaced when they run out.

However huge minus for cleaners as room was not clean, dust was everywhere especially on sofa bed, carpet wasn’t hovered, shower cabin wasn’t clean it’s covered in limescale all over. Air conditioner is not working. Lift is too slow. Room need to be renovated and refurbished as dark marks all over the walls, shower wasn't clean properly, it was all covered in limescale, basin need to be fixed. Fridge door was broken down. Use of plastic cup for cold drinks and paper cup for tea/coffee is not sustainable unfortunately for 4star hotel.

Nice quiet place but it’s definitely not a 4star hotel, max its 3 star. Have to say that thanks to reception staff as all of them was very helpful with all our extra requests. Breakfast was good enough for continental but limited choice and there was no fruit option at all.

They charged 3 EUR for 2 water bottles ,they had kept inside my room. When I asked at reception was that not complimentary then the answer was "You have to pay for everything in Italy". But this was not the case in any other hotels I stayed in Italy.

Breakfast was very nice, room was clean. Location is good but you need to catch 2 metro to reach Duomo square. It's 15 mins walk metro station and 5 mins walk to bus stop.

We came in the middle of the night and it was very cold in the room due to the A/C. We were unable to turn it off. I don't know, perhaps we were just too tired to figure it out :)

Didn't have a bar open during my visit, i'm sure it does during summer maybe, so had to walk quite a distance looking for a drink or food for the 3 days

Nice big room, and a good range at breakfast, mid April stay so not to busy so the area wasn't fully open yet, train station a nice 15 min walk away I stayed here as had a vehicle too and didn't want to drive into Milan, it does take about 45 mins to get to main part by public transport so think about it when coming back,

The breakfast is very reasonable, nutritious and good. You can improve with different vegetables that were not served at all also the staff orgenaized the room every day
