Hotel Splendid cannot call itself a four-star hotel when they cannot (do not) provide milk pods to add to tea or coffee in the rooms! We were instructed to go to the neighbouring Hotel Majestic if we wanted milk in our tea and coffee!!! Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless!

The breakfast room is quite small for such big hotel and sometimes it is not possible to find a place for the breakfast. It would be nice If they would have more options for a nice dinner inside of the resort.

- Hotel restaurants have limited seats and require a reservation for dinner (they also don't mention it anywhere or notify you in advance). Hotel doesn't provide any alternative for a case when there's no seat for you. - Pools close too early, which kind of loses credibility of heating. - It's almost impossible to make reservations for massages. - The rooms and building itself are pretty old and require renovation.

It was very hot, the bathroom was a sauna, the heating is not regulated. We slept with the balcony open.

Before the trip the team were not overly responsive via the booking chat which was disappointing. An early check in charge is €30 which is crazy (having stayed at many hotels that will accommodate wherever possible.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location was brilliant and the thermal pools are fantastic.

They have charged us an additional city tax, although our booking had clearly the taxes and charges included. We didn’t get an answer on this neither from the booking customer support yet, thus few weeks, so if you plan to stay several days, please have this in mind. In the room mini-bar there was no price list or menu. It didn’t seem to have any mineral water, but only heated.

Restaurant work just couple hours , at same place where you get breakfast and dinner in case of half board. Air conditioning system old and noisy and not cooling a lot. Dog per night 18€

The staff ,( his name was Mr. Paolo,)on the recepcion was a terrible. Arrogant, unfriendly, and really negativ person for the all of the questions and situations. I think , is it inpossible in case of this situation.

we booked splendid hotel but when we arrived there it was closed everything so we have got shocked …..if they tell us before when we booked we didn’t be panic, we went to hotel near by even we didn’t know the partners hotel ….we try to find the way and the reception of majestic is not so nice …any way they should tell the client before or they shouldn’t put on the booking if they closed….

hot spring pool is very nice and clean . good breakfast. they have big park dog also very happy to stay:-) very good price and nice facility.

Time stopped in the 80’s. Not in a good way. Overworked and underinvested. Even dirt was vintage. Went to the bar on arrival (restaurants in the area were closing) and got served quickly microwaved food that was still cold inside. Still got charged for it. Thermal water full of chlorine. Shame.
