We had problems getting our room cleaned. One day we left at 8:00 am and room wasn’t cleaned when we returned at 2:30. We asked for our room to be cleaned and were told the cleaning staff left at 2:30. They sent someone to clean room after asking again. Then we discovered our shampoo and body wash were empty and we weren’t left tissue in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk again and they sent someone with the items.

Exceptional service and attentive staff. We forgot some items and the hotel arranged to deliver them for us to another country! The breakfast was great, fresh and wholesome. High quality ingredients and we appreciated the fresh fruits selection.

Hotel Spadari Al Duomo is so well positioned for seeing Milan - walking distance to many of the sights. The staff are lovely and the breakfasts were fabulous. We loved our room which had a balcony with table and chairs.

The Hotel was amazing. The Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful decor, The breakfast was amazing, fresh everyday.The staff ( Rosa, Litizzia, Anda ) were very friendly, kind and helpful. All staff were amazing. The Hotel was close to all Main attractions.

Perfect location, wonderful accommodation and atmosphere. Attractive breakfast area with delicious and delightful options from fresh fruit, cheeses, breads and eggs cooked to order. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Greeted with lovely candies upon returns from outings.. a nice little touch!

We visited Italy for 18 days, ending in Milan. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Why? First, the air conditioning was working and cold! Second, the beds were comfortable. Third, the breakfast was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful as well. This was very central to what we wanted to see in a very short time- I would recommend this if you wanted to see the Duomo, Castle and the Last Supper (all in a day).

The location on a tiny street can make taxi pickup and drop-off a bit harrowing. The single elevator is also quite tiny and slow.

The design of this hotel is quite interesting. The lobby and restaurant harken to a 1980s Memphis style that I think most have forgotten was integral to Milanese style. I appreciated the design touches. The chocolate bar in our room upon arrival was also quite decadent. Breakfast was great.

Rooms were smallish, TV had two english channels, OK were in Italy I get it. Not a big deal, not in the room that much.

What a perfect location and wonderful hotel. A fantastic value with the nicest staff and a beautiful hotel. Easy one block walk to the Domo and great restaurants. An added value was our walking tour guide pointed out "the best gelato in Milan"-- it was right next door to the hotel! We would stay again.
