I am extremely satisfied with our stay in the hotel. It's a total gem. Away from the crowds, it provides a super relaxing and quiet environment, while also being 2 minutes away from the central streets of Monterosso and around 10 minutes from the central beach area. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. They offer free beach towels and a place to store your luggage after you check out. For breakfast, there was a wide variety of choices, and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Shower is on small side but good water temperature and pressure!

Breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruit, meat and cheeses, omelettes made to order, coffee and cappuccinos. Location was outstanding in beautiful Monterosso and the staff was so helpful and patient! Air conditioning good in room and fan helps circulate. Safe in room for security is nice touch.

The stairs!!! But the staff helping with the luggage and doing so with a smile was huge.

We loved Patrizia and the whole crew. Breakfast was exceptional and the outside seating area was most enjoyable. Seriously, Patrizia (aka Wonder Woman) did it all. We were so impressed and most grateful. Everyone else followed her lead and represented your establishment wonderfully!

It is not the easiest if you have issues with walking or lifting things, since there is no lift or accessible path, but that is not a reflection on the hotel since the topography is such, that there is no room to have those amenities.

Location was very perfect, it was in the old area full of restaurants and sights, about a 10min walk from the train station, but I didn’t mind that since the views were breathtaking. Hotel was easy to get to, but take care since it is all cobblestones and very narrow so that last bit to the hotel you have to carry your baggage, also there is a stairs to approach, there is no lift so you ll have to carry your baggage. Rooms were very clean and no complaints on the facilities, we had the room with the terrace, highly recommended. As there is a partial view of the sea and the rest of the seaside.

The hotel is very basic. The beds are not very comfortable and they do not provide a duvet, only a blanket. The hairdryer is very old. The rooms are very small.

The hotel is in a good location, but you do have to walk to get there as well as climb stairs. The hotel is very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! A special thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who kindly arranged a late check-in for us after hours — we really appreciated their flexibility and warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the location is simply amazing — close to everything and perfect for exploring the area.

Beds were a little on the firm side and pillows a bit on the thin side.

Friendly staff, responsive and welcoming. It is actually a hotel, unlike most of the other places we stayed in Cinque Terre. Room was clean, spacious and had a charming balcony. The bathroom was roomy with sufficient towels and good water pressure. The property has lots of little bonuses like a bar, garden areas for sitting and includs breakfast. The location is great for exploring old town.
