We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThere was nothing disappointing to us. But, two small things that could improve an already great experience even further, would be making the dishwasher functional and adding a washing machine.
We were surprised by how complete the apartment is. It's hard to think of anything you could need and not already find it there. Everything you need for young children is already here. It has everything you could possibly need to cook, the bathroom includes everything from shampoo and showering gel to shaving foam, you will find all kinds of practical info about the apartment as well as Sirmione lying around. And overall, the apartment is decorated in a cozy way that shows the owners want you to have a good time. You can contact them through Booking or WhatsApp any time and they will let you know beforehand if your apartment is already ready before 16:00. You won't necessarily see them before checking in; they have automated this process and will message you to explain how it works. You will park within your private space, safely guarded by an electronic gate. Apartment was extremely clean as well. It can be tricky to find it, though; just look for the large "A&O Supermercato" sign and you will find the entrance with Sorridi al Lago signs left next to it. The availability of stores right next to the apartment, its close proximity to the lake + beach and its location within Sirmione itself were very comfortable to us. It's beautiful and has everything you need, but in a peaceful way compared to the chaotic and crowded city centre, which is still reachable by car within a few minutes or by foot if you like to take a walk along the lake. Will come back as soon as possible.

Great location - right by the lake, restaurants and shops nearby. Well equipped apartment, friendly and helpful owner. Recommended for families.

United KingdomIt is like camping out at your granny's 20 years ago it needs updating or a least clearing out things like child seats when it says in the advert and in house that children under the age of 14 are not allowed.No welcoming letter or advice of the area. No bottle water I left coffee for the next person. The shower products had just been something that had been left by a previous occupier.The floor is a death trap when wet
