Everything was super good. The bedroom was really nice and the host didn't matter to wait until late at night to welcome us which was very nice of her.

Nice design, perfect location easy to get to and not far from center. Best food we had in Bosa was in the restaurant right in front of the door.

Pillows were a bit hard.

I loved the room — very clean and cozy, with a super comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very nice

Perfect for our family for a quick one night stay in Bosa. Clean and comfortable. Attached to a common kitchenette and balcony where you can hang laundry if needed. Note there are multiple stairs so not good if you have large luggage. There is another room adjoining the common kitchen which could be noisy if the inhabitants were like that, but we had no issues.

Would be good to have signage downstairs as was not obvious that it was the accommodation.

Very nice accommodation with shared kitchen. The bed was clean, the bathroom was disinfected and smelled good. The house has many floors, is nice and stylish. The neighborhood is the center of the city.

The location, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and the overall vibe.

As it's an old building, the accessibility is a bit tricky and the size of the rooms are quite modest.

The amazing angel Luisa Carta went way over above and beyond, driving us over 30 K to the train station. Can't thank her enough, we'll be back

The location of the flat was great

When we checked in, the front door was open and the key was in the door to the flat, the house was empty and there was no host to be seen. Anyone could just walk in, which speaks for a trusting neighbourhood. After a while, the host came and explained a few things. The facilities are basic basic, ok for one night, definitely not for longer.

Host was very considerate, helpful and generous. Super location, easy to find and parking nearby. Pleasant kitchen area to sit in, breakfast snacks and drinks available.

Very friendly owner, lot of snacks and directly in the middle of the beautiful city Bosa (with parking spots directly in the front of the house).

Location was great, the room was small but wonderful and cozy, brand new bathroom with new shower, kitchenette was nice and the balcony was lovely (also useful for hanging laundry!). The host was super friendly and helpful, she even brought us croissants for breakfast!

The got bright with the sun so if you can't sleep with the sun it might be tricky

Friendly host, perfect location in the central district and nice clean room. Flexible with checkout time which was nice. As with many old towns the rooms are located up steep flights of steps - not as issue, just something to consider if you have limited mobility. Overall great value stay in Bosa

Very basic breakfast, but fine for the price.

Clean, great location and the host was very nice. She have us recommendations for dinner and brought cake in the morning. Perfect for couples driving around the island. Room was small and upstairs, so not suitable with big luggages, small ones okay. Street side free parking quite near by. Shared balcony was nice too.

Lovely little room in great area of Bosa. Clean and good working aircon. Check out a little later at 11 was nice. Stocked small shared kitchenette with breakfast snacks. Heaps of free parking around Bosa short walk <100m from accom.

Unfortunately room not ready at 3pm as listed. However nice bar to wait in at the entry way to the property. .

Clean and cosy room in very good location. Free parking is possible to find 100m away. You will find tea/coffee & croissants in the shared kitchen. All in all , we enjoyed our stay in this place.

Location excellent. Our very friendly host supplied coffee, tea and some nice breakfast snacks, even if breakfast was not included. Thank you Louisa! Little shared kitchen was very handy. Very clean and everything you need plus more. . Good wifi and aircon. Beautiful village. Highly recommend this accommodation

We had no problem, but be warned about stairs. We slept next to kitchen. So the sounds in morning of early birds making coffee etc. can bother people. We were fine with that. Check in time on our booking said 15:00. We waited till 16:30 at least. Just keep contact with host before you arrive, she is very kind.

Location is amazing, close to the main street with restaurants and cafe, also close to the river promenade. The room is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

3rd floor is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage

Everything was great !

Lovely room in the best location next to the Malaspina Castle, one of the main attractions in Bosa. Luisa was our host and she was so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was unique, very lovely. There is a communal kitchen with a balcony to enjoy breakfast or even a takeaway dinner. There is a restaurant just opposite the house. Free parking space just at the back of the property.
