Would be good to have signage downstairs as was not obvious that it was the accommodation.

Perfect for our family for a quick one night stay in Bosa. Clean and comfortable. Attached to a common kitchenette and balcony where you can hang laundry if needed. Note there are multiple stairs so not good if you have large luggage. There is another room adjoining the common kitchen which could be noisy if the inhabitants were like that, but we had no issues.

Very nice accommodation with shared kitchen. The bed was clean, the bathroom was disinfected and smelled good. The house has many floors, is nice and stylish. The neighborhood is the center of the city.

The got bright with the sun so if you can't sleep with the sun it might be tricky

Location was great, the room was small but wonderful and cozy, brand new bathroom with new shower, kitchenette was nice and the balcony was lovely (also useful for hanging laundry!). The host was super friendly and helpful, she even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Friendly host, perfect location in the central district and nice clean room. Flexible with checkout time which was nice. As with many old towns the rooms are located up steep flights of steps - not as issue, just something to consider if you have limited mobility. Overall great value stay in Bosa

Clean, great location and the host was very nice. She have us recommendations for dinner and brought cake in the morning. Perfect for couples driving around the island. Room was small and upstairs, so not suitable with big luggages, small ones okay. Street side free parking quite near by. Shared balcony was nice too.

Lovely little room in great area of Bosa. Clean and good working aircon. Check out a little later at 11 was nice. Stocked small shared kitchenette with breakfast snacks. Heaps of free parking around Bosa short walk <100m from accom.

Clean and cosy room in very good location. Free parking is possible to find 100m away. You will find tea/coffee & croissants in the shared kitchen. All in all , we enjoyed our stay in this place.

We had no problem, but be warned about stairs. We slept next to kitchen. So the sounds in morning of early birds making coffee etc. can bother people. We were fine with that. Check in time on our booking said 15:00. We waited till 16:30 at least. Just keep contact with host before you arrive, she is very kind.

Lovely room in the best location next to the Malaspina Castle, one of the main attractions in Bosa. Luisa was our host and she was so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was unique, very lovely. There is a communal kitchen with a balcony to enjoy breakfast or even a takeaway dinner. There is a restaurant just opposite the house. Free parking space just at the back of the property.

A little hard to find in car (use the road the goes around behind the Castello, not the one street through town.) We paid cash but did not get receipt. Stairs are a bit too much for some people.

Location. Gioia was very friendly, and met us so we could follow her to the place. We were able to use the refrigerator, and to dry our laundry on the small patio.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional for both of us!

The place is exceptional! It's decorated with a lot of taste, it's so beautiful 🤩 in a so lovely city. The bedroom is very cute and romantic and the bathroom is nice as well. The breakfast is very nice. The host Luisa is so welcoming, we appreciated her delicate hospitality, we received so many good advices of nice places and beaches around. Thank you Luisa! ☺️ And it's very good value for the wallet.

No fan and no curtains in the bathroom, so it didn’t feel very private. No curtain in the mezzanine so it got very bright early in the morning. Check in was at 3pm and while the staff allowed us to bring our bags upstairs at 3pm, they were still cleaning and told us to leave and come back at 4.30pm. It was disappointing. I read other reviews and this seems like a common trend.
