The location is perfect and the room is spacious

We were not able to adjust the air conditioner temperature and it would have been nice to have it a bit cooler than the 24 C it was set at.

The property was in a great location. It was clean. Provided what we asked for. Was quite spacious. Had air conditioning and a mini fridge. Felt safe. Good communication. Was close to a parking garage.

Easily one of the best locations to stay! We were in walking distance to every incredible sight and so many restaurants we had a hard time choosing! The apartment was massive, loved the design and just felt so comfortable. The hosts were amazing, giving us great recommendations and made the stay so easy. Felt sad to leave!

I wish their was a small kitchen or even a mocrowave or simple/asic necessasities.

The bed was a bit hard which seems typical of what we experienced in other stays in the area. Internet was in and out so watching Netflix did not work and internet issues at times.

Location was fantastic. Restaurants, Church's, shopping is all around. Room was clean and comfortable.

I arrived 9 hours late as there was a train strike and we had to take a bus. The man, I forget his name, met us and was very accommodating about leaving our luggage the day we booked out. The location is amazing. The rooms was large with high ceilings and very spacious. The bathroom was fabulous. It was a joy to arrive after a day of travelling.

Great location close to the Duomo. Great apartment for 4 people with 2 big rooms. Enjoyed our stay and owner was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend to tourists.

The rooms are great. The shower is so powerful you actually have to hold it so it doesn’t go mad! The common corridor between the rooms is an echo chamber and other guests did wake up us over the 2 nights we stayed.

The location is great. A short work into the heart of Florence but still far enough away to be quiet on an evening.

Room was comfortable and very clean, large bed, enough storage space, and new furniter. The location was great, in the center but quiet. Staff was kind and availabe all the time during our stay. We enoyed our stay, definetly would recomend it. 😊

The heating was not working. The staff helped us start it but it couldn't really warm up the room. Considering it was about 1-2 degrees C a good heating system would have improved our overall experience.

The hotel has a great view, perfect location, and clean comfortable rooms. Coupled with friendly staff, this is a perfect place to live. Glad that they provided water bottles.

The floors in the room are stone, there could be a carpet in the winter season or it may be better if there are slippers.

The location of the hotel is great, you can look out your room window and see the Duomo. The room is a large spacious room with high ceilings. There is a big closet where you can put your things. The owner is very friendly, helpful and friendly. He met us outside at the door. He shared his favorite restaurant, ice cream shop and place recommendations with us. I would stay again when I come to Florence.

The building is shared with other businesses and the light in the stairwell was out making it darker than it needed to be. Otherwise it was a great location, very walkable, and a unique historical building.

The location is ideally located within a short walking distance to the Duomo and all the major historical areas of Florence. The rooms are historic and the manager is very helpful with any questions or things to do in the city.
