Decor a bit tatty, and light breakfast on a tray was there for the first morning , but didn't appear for the second which was odd.

Nice chap who let us in at the start of our two night stay , and who made us a cup of coffee We went there from the airport having just had our home flight cancelled and had just booked it , in a hurry via an Internet search . Good location for travel to centre and airport as it was right near the tram line stop .Bed was comfortable,

The pictures do not show the current situation. They are probably from the past and do not represent the current situation. The furniture is probably still the same but has been painted over by hand in poor quality with white paint and covered partly by foil. And you can't really call it a hotel. I stayed there for five nights. During this time I met only some one twice, there is no regularly manned Reception and not once in this time was there a room service. It's more of a room rental. Because of this the price ist not justified. I had to pay a daily City tax of 4€ in cash, which was not announced before, nor did I receive any invoice until now.

It was clean and simply furnished. The air conditioning and the TV worked, the fridge too but it was unfortunately quite loud. The Windows are very well soundproofed.

There was a strong smell in the foyer that was unpleasant otherwise it was a fine stay.

A great space with access to Amazon Prime streaming and air conditioning. Nothing fancy but facilities all worked and was good value for money.

No toilet paper in rooms when we arrived. Didn’t see anyone apart from cleaner. Asked to pay city tax when we had paid to booking. com and had a receipt to prove it. All communication by phone.

We didn't meet anyone et reception on our check in and nor on our check out even though we arrived and left within the scheduled time of the property. Same for other guests. We even called the phone no. left on the reception by the staff but still no answer. This is not cool cuz' someone might be in hurry. Toilet paper in bathroom was only one which was kind a quarter of it left and placed not cool somewhere inside the bathroom. It should be a new and entire one.......

Most of the time, there is nobody at the reception, and the comunication was a little bit difficult because the host only speak italian.

Is closer to the train station (10-15 min walk away) and city center, in the front of the building is a tram station, and you can get very quick in the center. The bed is comfy. :) the entrance is nice and near the building is a local coffee shop, I totally recomand their coffee.

The bathroom had a problem and the water was always stuck. It wasn't easy to take a shower. The next day, I reported to the guy who cleaned the room, but the problem was not solved, and I couldn't shower. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There was no option to put my luggage after check-out.

The property is located near the train station "Sanat Maria Novella." You can reach by walking (around 15-20 minutes) or tram (around 10 minutes). We arrived late at night, and I communicated with the landlord. So, the self-check-in process was so good and effortless. It was quiet.

The water at the shower area doesn’t drain properly. You are in a puddle of water while showering. The hair dryer is faulty. I called the owner who agreed to look into it but no action.

This apartment is located at Belfoire Tram stop (2 stops from the Florence main Train Station) and 3 stops from UNITA (city centre). This location is more suitable for transiting guests. I booked the family room which was average sized, clean and comfortable. There is a TV, electric kettle and coffee maker. A few bars of soap and sachet of hair con. Very basic. Refurbishment and repair & maintenance needed.

It was close to the tram stop. But the sign Soggiorno Madrid over the door is easy to miss. So we walked 10 minutes extra with our luggage.

The price was good. It was comfy. We were only there a few hours because we arrived in Florence (7am) and wanted to rest before catching our 7pm flight. They let us store our luggage after 9:30am and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The location is great because it is just across the street from the Belfiore stop on the tram from the airport into the city.

The cleaners came in very early at 8am and were very noisy - you could hear everything from the room. Shower was tiny aswell
