Location, location, location… our view from the private balcony was incredible! The little details(pancakes, crackers, teas…) were so unexpected but so nice. The room is comfortable with all needed amenities. The staff is kind and approachable. We had a great time.

It was hard to find the hotel because you have to go inside of another hotel’s gate to see the name of Soggiorno .

It was 90-100* in August and the AC was helpful but if you need it really cold to sleep, this might not be the place for you. It was great for us.

The property managers were so accommodating and responsive, suggesting places to eat. You can’t beat this location. Nice touches in the room comfortable bed.

The location is somewhat vague and a long climb upstairs, but there is an elevator available and once you go through the door it's all perfect!

We had to book this last minute due to our airline rebooking us to a flight on the next day. Very friendly host who communicated clearly and quickly. Very nice room with great facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was also coffee, tea and a small breakfast that was complimentary (which was perfect for our early flight). Also a nice location close to the city center.

This is your option in Florence! Nice location, very near to the train station and also the historical center of the city. You can walk to all the essentials. Andrea is so nice host, the place has many details to feel confortable, and those amazing views. He also let you keep your luggage after the check out. Thanks for everything!

Perfect location, 3 mins to arrive from train station. Easy to reach city center by walk. Perfect room, it was clean, room and its bathroom was spacious. Host was so friendly and attentive.

Incredible views from the room. With a place to sit with your morning coffee or even sat up in bed. That’s why we booked this in the first place. Clean bedroom up a spiral staircase with bathroom as you enter the property. For us that was perfect as you have the privacy of using the toilet not right next to your other half! People moaning about that must be ones who aren’t able bodied. Great location only about 10 mins from Duomo down charming side streets. Communication with the owner was great. Check in was codes for building and safe lock.

Navigating the spiral staircase was tricky every time we had to use the bathroom, which was on a separate floor from the bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay, Andrea was super friendly and helpful, carried our bags up and down the stairs for us. The view of Florence skyline from our room was spectacular, so we decided not to change rooms despite the steep spiral staircase, although Andrea offered to switch us. His help with the bags made all the difference. He also provided us lots of info about the local area, and was a very gracious host. The lift made accessing the 5th floor location easy.
