The location is perfect to start exploring the city center. It’s very quite and pleasant to rest after a whole tiring dat exploring the city. The bed is rather comfy and the shower is something you can’t miss.

There was no kettle to make coffee, which was a little disappointing I can't remember if it was listed in the amenities but if it wasn't then they should consider it

The room was quite a bit tighter than we expected, but looks like it is just the effect of a wide-angle lens used for taking the photos. We saw some mould-looking spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The staircase leading up to the guesthouse smelt really bad. No bad smell inside though, so that's a plus.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Mercato Centrale and the city centre. The room was cosy, furnished with a beautiful antique wardrobe, with high ceilings and a nice view over the street. The bathroom was quite dated, but spacious enough and fully functional.

A little noisy in the night, because the door of the hotel is old, when someone came in, the sound is big.

The house is very loud, especially when guests come back during the night. We had an issue with a loud A/C and the owner repaired as soon as we asked. There are isolated windows for noise but the issue is inside. No one is there during the night in case anything happens.

The location is perfect to walk around the city. The owner is very kind and has a super nice dog at the entrance. The place is very clean.

Quite a few things broken In the room (shower handle ) etc but didn’t phase us as we aren’t too bothered.

Great location, 12 mins from train station and 10 mins from the key sights of Florence. Great owner, along with Lola the dog who was very friendly and playful.

The only thing I did not like was a little bit of sound transfer through the door.

Very decent room and spaces overall. The bed was comfortable and the cooling system was working really well. Also, the host was very welcoming and accommodating. They let me leave my bag in the property for a few hours after checking out, which was very convenient.

It is totaly not accommodation like on the Booking.com photos. It is very old, smelly room. Bathroom was clean but I didn't have that impression for the room. Host was in the bad mood. We were there one night so we could handle that, bit for more than one night it wouldt be pleasent stay.
