Bathroom size was small indifferent of body size although the whole room size was adequate.

Old and vintage premise with interesting decoration and a belle epoque era elevator. Close enough and within walking distance to all major archaeological and modern areas of the city. Spacious rooms with good comfy beds and pillows. Full amenities provided. Clean with every day cleaning service. Smiling and helping staff plus communication through what's up 24/7. Good internet speed, easy access and use of QR codes. There is a free luggage storage only during check-in and check-out days.

The lift was a bit of a problem. If anyone forgets to close the door then it wont work. As a disabled person carrying my luggage down all of those stairs was an issue

The size of the shower … very narrow. The mattress … thin. A common area was advertised but not available for use.

Lots to see in the area. Enjoyed the many eating establishments within walking distance.

The items are too old, there was no fridge in the room.

Near by the all historical place also city center. 10 mins to collesium. Hotel staff is very helpfull, they shared all details what we needed after check in via whatsapp. Thanks for everything

The beds are uncomfortable and need a quilted cover to cushion them. Coffee in the morning would have been appreciated.

The furniture is a little bit old. Maybe they could renew it.

Great location. It’s very close to Coliseum and It’s walking distance to a lot of touristic places. Also the street is just like a scene from a movie with little designer shops and cute cafes. The Staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the lady in the front desk was very sweet!

Tiny shower, no breakfast offered, slim mattresses. Old bedding.

There was no breakfast at the location, the pictures show an eating area but it was closed. Building is OLD and the elevator is WORTH the stay just to experience it. The elevator is more than 100 years old…. Beds could be better but for a quick stay it was ok. The shower was Super SMALL!!!! A corner shower unit with sliding panels made for tiny people. Overall the location and staff was excellent. Very helpful. Hotel is OLD. No mirror on room but AC unit was a console and cool off the room super quick. The location is like. 9 min walk from Coliseum.

Travelled with family, we liked the front desk personnel and location 10/10. Room could have been equipped better, but...I saw what i was booking, so kinda got what i saw. Lots of expats in the area, restaurants can be pricey. Tabacchi in the vicinity. Location is the best its quiet and everything within walking distance.

there was no refrigerator or amenities of that sort. shower was entirely WAY too small for a regular person to fit in without bumping the sides and doors while showering and hurting yourself.

Could hear people talking in next room. Bathroom ceiling was not sealed. Shower area corners had mold.

No major dislikes. The building was built before plumbing so the bathroom was raised 2 steps, so be aware that guests need to be able to navigate steps. But that's the case for all of Rome smaller older roads are cobblestone with gaps and curb cuts are rare.

Staff were very friendly. My elderly mother needed a wheelchair and Alejandro was super helpful by calling the rental company. The building (built in 1800s) and neighborhood had such classical charm.

Peeling paint, tiny shower (24"x24") broken shower nozzle, old discolored caulking, broken sink drain-plug, cracked electrical connectors, old cheap furniture, noisy cleaning staff at 7am each morning, Advertised as a bnb, but no breakfast or even coffee bar, etc, etc...
