I don't think I have any criticisms. Great place to stay in Palermo.

The apartment is a good size for two people. The spacious bedroom has a large, comfortable double-bed with good storage. The ensuite bathroom is new, very clean and quite large too. The kitchen area has all you need - tall fridge, coffee maker, stove-top espresso pot, kettle, hob, utensils. The host includes some nice touches such as plenty of teas, coffees and snacks to enjoy on arrival. There is a balcony area too, with sliding window screens, and a clothes-line outside if needed. The apartment exceeded my expectations as the photos do not really do it justice. It is more spacious, more comfortable and generally better fitted and decorated than the impression I got from the photos. The host was very responsive too, helpful and informative. The location is good for a trip to Palermo. It's about 10 mins walk from the Lollo train station, 5 minutes from the historic town centre, or just on the edge of it, and there are good bus routes around the city too. We walked into the busier town centre within about 5 minutes. There's a large supermarket just a few mins walk away too. In fact, Palermo is an amazing place to visit, but unfortunately we ended up with just one evening to get a taste of it. I would have been happy to stay in this property to explore Palermo a little longer.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! You can tell they truly care for their visitors as the place had everything you could have needed and lots of small touches. Air conditioning was great. Shower was great! Bed was really comfortable! It’s very close to main streets and was just a pleasure to stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful – it truly felt like a home. What made the experience even more special was the host, Fabrizio. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. From the warm welcome to the helpful tips and great communication throughout my stay, he really made a difference. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love about this property. It truly felt like home — thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is in excellent condition, ideally located within walking distance of all the main attractions. The host was by far one of the most helpful we’ve ever encountered — not only incredibly responsive but also generous with recommendations. If we ever return to Palermo, this will absolutely be our first choice.

the only negative could be that its on the 2nd floor with no elevator but we didnt really mind that as thats very common in europe.

Very comfortable, newly furnished, more than spaceous enough for two. Airco works well, windows are soundproofed, no issues getting a good night’s sleep. Very fast wifi. Great location just outside the historical center, a 5 min walk from the Capo market, or 10-15 minutes from the inner city. Also quite a few good bars (Fava was great for coffee) and restaurants (we liked Enoteca Buttice) are just one or two blocks away. Our host Fabrizio was very friendly and went out of his way to provide us with tips on what to visit and where to eat well. Absolutely recommended!

Fabrizio is a wonderful and caring host. He pays attention to every detail to make sure guests feel as comfortable as possible. The entire apartment radiates warmth and style. I was especially impressed by the spacious bathroom with a large window. This is an apartment I would gladly return to and recommend to others. A beautifully renovated apartment with a great atmosphere—spacious, quiet, clean and fully equipped with everything you need (and more!) to feel right at home. Fabrizio is an excellent host! He got in touch with me immediately after I made the reservation, providing all the information I needed and even helping with car rental and suggestions for places to visit. He always made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A fantastic choice—highly recommended!

Superb location near the city center. 10 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo and Via Roma. Next door is small grocery store and bakery with good coffee and pastry. 7 minutes away Conad supermarket , a lot of food points near the apartment. 5 minutes away - small marketplace there is everything - Capo mercato- fresh fish, fruits, local cuisine points. Apartments renovated, fully equipped kitchen, air condition, milk, water and cofee machine. About the Hosts - they are really good people, who wants to make your stay in Palermo very comfortable and unforgettable. Big thanks to Fabrizio and his family!)

Lovely flat in a central location. We had a fantastic time staying here. Clean, easy to access and well appointed. While the road outside is a little noisy, it's still quiet enough to sleep undisturbed. The host even kindly provided ear plugs for lighter sleepers so it's really not an issue. We loved every minute and would definitely stay again.

The balcony is not an open air balcony. it is more like an extended room. we didn't mind because we didn't need a balcony but if you are looking for a room with balcony and view, you should keep this in mind.

Very modern and super clean home. Fabrizio is a very attentive host. He always checked in on us to make sure we have everything we need. The kitchen was well equipped and we even had water, milk and some snacks when we arrived. The shower is very spacious. We loved the big sink and the bidet. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

No disadvantages at all

The apartment is lovely and comfortable, it includes everything you can need for living started from dishes and ending to coffeemaker with coffee bags. the apartment was tidy and windows faced to quite place- this is important thing in Palermo, really. It really looks not as an ordinary rental place- the host put all his efforts in it, the flat has a style and looks even better than on photos.Many thanks to the host Fabrizio- he was very attentive and caring, he gave many recommendations and answered all my questions promptly.

Fabrizio is the perfect host. He was there to give us the keys and helped me by letting me leave luggage earlier as we had plans to take a train out of town for the day we checked in. Same when we had to leave. He explained everything well and was there for any questions or help we needed. The location was great and the property was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything anyone could need. It was also decorated beautifully and had lots of light. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will back next year. Thank you!
