Air conditioning was not very strong at night but manageable with open windows. The shower leaks on the floor but also manageable, just stressful that it will damage the floor. A part from these minor things, it was a lovely stay and would not hesitate to rebook.

Host very Reactive and welcoming. Sparkle Clean, spacious, very well decorated, everything you need for a family of four. The location is absolutely perfect. A short walk to everywhere! We enjoyed the acquario with our bambini which is just a 2 min walk away. Breakfast as soon as you walk out the door. There is also coffee/tea salon in the shared space of the Guest House which is appreciated when you cannot just pop out. Simona is very well organised and so kind. She came to help us at the parking place with our luggage. Very good care of her guests and the rooms. Would highly recommend.

Simona and her daughter were lovely, warm welcome, and very informative about points of interest in the areas. Location is great right in centre of everything. Good size apartment, tastefully decorated, with nice bathroom and powerful shower. Air con isnt fantastic but its adequate enough.

The location was excellent. Our room was next to a cosy area with coffee and tea available. Bottled water was provided in our room. The hostess, Simona, was very friendly and helpful, including giving us a map and showing us places to go.

Great location - close to all the main city attractions within walking distance. Parking was nearby, too. However, traffic in Genoa is something: very stressful as it is very chaotic, nobody follows the rules, even pedestrians - so if you decide to rent a car in Italy like we did, be very cautious. The apartment was pleasantly nice, even exceeding our expectations: clean, spacious, and nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were provided as well and had a beautiful scent. The host, named Simona, greeted us warmly, was super friendly, and suggested places to visit as well as nice places for dining. Overall- we had a great experience! The apartment is strongly recommended 👌

We were welcomed like family on arrival. Simone spent time giving us a map which she circled the points of interest, recommendations & provided us with restaurants. Location was fabulous, we felt close to everything. Our room was very clean, spacious & relaxing. View from the window was lovely & night lights were calming. Loved having the fan in the room as well as air-con. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return. We will share this with all our friends.

There is nothing negative I can say about the property.

The property was stunning. The decor is just beautiful and it is clean and welcoming. The host, Simona, is amazing! Nothing is a problem and you feel welcome the moment you meet her. She provides you with a map and detailed information about the area, places of interest and good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at So & Leo.
