We had the key that enables the electricity attached to the entrance keys and it was a little bit uncomfortable because you couldn’t leave the apartment if your room colleague is in the shower for example. Other than that, all good.

Really clean just like the photos. 20 minute walk into Florence centre. Air conditioner didn't work in room 5 which was a huge let down, but still a nice place to stay for 2 nights.

Nothing major, but the shower's walls could have been cleaner - there were few hairs on it. The walls dividing the property are not insulated and you can hear other guests. Unfortunately, our neighbours were very noisy, but this is not up to the owner.

We had a spacious and clean room with private bathroom. We were given a large and a small towel each and a shower mat, which were replaced two days after our arrival. In the bathroom there were amenities such as toilet paper, shower gel, shower cap and hair dryer. Although guests cannot use the kitchen's hob, they can use the kettle and the coffee machine - some coffee pods and tea are available. The location is 25 mins walk from Firenze's train station and the city centre.

Although not situated in the centre of the city, this apartment was a good base from where to reach the centre of Florence on foot. Common kitchen facilities were available, plus if travelling by car there is a public parking lot right outside or a covered garage close by.

Very comfortable property a short distance from the train station and centre of Florence. Really good communication with the owners and apartment has all the facilities required including a shared kitchen area.

No cushions for the outdoor seating, shower made the entire bathroom wet, towel hook/hanger was broken, bed pillows a bit too thin for my taste and it missed 1 bed side lamp. And yes the accommodation is next to the train tracks but I wasn’t too disturbed by it during the night when at sleep. Perhaps its not a fit for anyone who is a light sleeper.

The neighborhood of the accommodation was nice because it is just outside busy tourist center. We booked the room with access to the garden and that made it nice to be able to sit outside and read a book or so.
