Located in a very nice mid-century modern building with a vast terrace/balcon, in a safe mixed residential and white collar office area very close to all the major sights. The rooms is spacious, amenities up to date and convenient. Travelling by train the proximity to the station was a plus.

The communal area seems a bit unnecessary as there is not even a sink there. The online remote check in and access system works well and is efficient, but makes the experience feel less human.

Location - close to the station and city centre

Great location, only 10-15 mins down a straight road to the city centre. Price is well set for the area and what you get. Really clean and lovely place. Well thought out and I had everything I needed. A large screen for tv but if you don’t need that, (I didn’t) I put the radio on while I got ready and that was great. The kitchen had a fridge, water and couches etc, simple but good. You can’t cook but amazing restaurants/eating places within 5 mins walk. Check in was fine as there was someone online the whole time to help if needed. Great communication using message so that made the trip as a female solo traveler even better. Really enjoyed it.

Not much, all great. Re check in- you have 2 codes..the one in the link is to get into the accomodation. Then the 4 digit code for your room key is from the email. I worked it out fine and someone was online and ready to help if needed which is the main thing:)

If you don't have mobile internet stay somewhere else. No staff on site. Good location, very clean

No indication on booking dot com that you need mobile internet to get in, apparently booking won't allow it on the ad so you only find out after you booked it and can't then cancel. No staff there, check in must be done online. Kitchen inadequate, everything else good.

It's super convenient, location and price, simply a good choice for budget travel. We were there just one night for the opera in Arena Verona, and it was a 10 min walk from the apartment, and a 10min walk to the station to take the train back home. Perfect! Clean, quiet, and cheap.

All good, obviously sharing bathroom is not the best but at least it was kept clean and provided towels, soap and toilet paper.

Great owner, extremely helpful. A few USB contacts in the wall for charging devices was really handy. The price seemed a bit high for a room with a shared bathroom, but frankly, it was the best price with this location : near the city and the station. It is comfortable enough for a shorter stay.

A bit difficult to get in. Especially at the main gate, unsure which button one should choose. Information was not clear enough. Online check-in was a bit irritating but not as scary as it seemed. Do it beforehand.

Very convenient location, near the Verona Porta Nuova station and the historical city centre. Instructions to get in clearly explained. Very understanding host. The room I booked has a private bathroom next door (with a key to ensure privacy).

It's multiple rooms with shared facilities, not very private or quiet. You can hear people leaving and slapping the door all the time. The shared bathroom was very old and would need a reconstruction.

Nice apartment in a modern (even can say posh) building, around 5mins walk to the central station (Verona Nuova) but about 20mins to the old city center (acceptable distance). The owner of the property is very nice and immediate in response to messages or phonecalls.

Make sure you understand this is BNB so no reception, breakfast or luggage storage or the sort - first time enter the building and check-in can be a little bit tricky for some people (but not really that complicated as it may look like).

Bed that i had was strenge, ( probably its a spring support because I couldn’t feel any cotton or cushioning in the bed)

It was a good budget accommodation- close to the railway and a bit of a walk to the old town. I arrived early and my luggage could be left there.

For someone with back and other aches and pain, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The first night was coldish but there were no extra blankets available. Very basic kitchen facilities .

Able to leave my bags prior to check in to go sightseeing.

The approval/check in process is too complex. The owner providing a map or taking 2 minutes to provide information as to location of main attractions or recommending places to eat would had been very helpful. Never stated if any thing came up to contact him.

Location

It was a good price. The room and shared bathroom were clean. There were ants in our room.

Access to the room was very difficult. We arrived at 9pm and couldn't get in and had to phone them. Then we had to use vikey to access the apartment which was tricky. Eventually gained access and after that all wD fine.
