The stairs up to the apartment, not for elderly, but good exercise.

Very big spacious apartment, everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing. Every room has an on suite bathroom. Located close to the centre.

Where to start. Our flight arrived 3 hours before check in time and we were denied an earlier check in as we were told the apartment would not be ready. I have no idea what was being "made ready". The photos are old as the entire apartment is tired, poorly maintained and nowhere near as fresh as the photos appear. Bathrooms were dirty, water stained glass and mirrors, hairs in the bath, mouldy and leaky shower seals, a member of the party also cut their finger on the damaged metal shower cable. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves on arrival before using. Crumbs and children's colouring pencil shavings on the rugs. Stained furniture , torn and ripped furniture, frayed rugs. Kitchen cupboards don't close properly, fridge door doesn't stay shut, cracked glassware. Broken blinds, peeling paint, multiple light bulbs not working, layers of dust on multiple surfaces. Only air con unit that really worked was the master bedroom, the rest of the apartment was almost unbearable to be in during the day. Other than fresh bed linen i don't think the apartment had been touched since the previous occupants and there generally appears to be no regular maintenance.

Amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral piazza. Amazing view from the terrace but be warned in the height of summer at temperatures over 35 degrees C , it's unbearable to use during the day.

The upstairs bedroom is small, with no wardrobe, and limited privacy, with a glass partition onto the bedroom below. This is not clear on the website. The kitchen is adequate, but we were disappointed that basics and essentials were not in the flat - not even salt and pepper! Also, there were limited detergents and cleaning products. It just seemed a little mean. In such a well-appointed apartment, you would expect more than just the bare minimum. A few simple tweaks, and the apartment would be fabulous!

We arrived earlier in Florence than planned due to our flight plans being changed. We really appreciated the flexibility offered so that we could check in earlier. The apartment is very spacious, a retreat from the bustle of Florence, but excellently located. It's just 5 minutes from the duomo. The downstairs bedrooms are unusually large, with walk-in wardrobes and great bathrooms. The lounge is a cosy place to relax, and when the sun is out, the terrace is spectacular.

We were not asked at the delivery of the keys of the passport photos, We had to do it later. And what is not acceptable is that they insist with a lot of messages that they want a 400 euro deposit paid with credit card, but then they do not come to pick up the keys and check the appartment. Do they really pretend to have a 400 euro deposit and not do the inspection in our presence?

Completely disorganized paick up of the keys. I asked to change pick up to 12:00 hours. They did not answer. I arrived to Florence earlier, I asked to advance 30 minutes. They said no way, but they accepted the 12:00 initial request. We went to the appartment at 12.00 0'clock. Nobody there. Contact phone no answer. Appartment itself no answerFinally at 12:20 somebody came out to the street entrance and told us he had been in the appartment terrace and could not hear the door bell. Very strange.

The plumbing was a bit hit and miss and it would have been good to have more pillows. There were 77 steps to the front door so not good for young children or those who find steps tricky. But the height allowed the fabulous views from the terrace.

The apartment is lovely. It's quirky and it's major plus is the stunning roof terrace. All rooms are a good size. The contact was very helpful indeed.

It could have been a bit cleaner, some stains on carpets and a bit of dust but nothing huge. It would be nice to have more wine glasses and glasses in general as we were 5 and only had 3 wine glasses. It is not a flat for someone with limited mobility as there are 60+ steps to take but for anyone normal fit it is not an issue

Great location, super to close to everywhere, amazing balcony with the best view you can get in Florence, the balcony is 10/10. We also liked the fact that you have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so it is very comfortable. Overall I would recommend to friends and would be back

be warned this is a top floor apartment without an elevator. So it is a climb, especially with luggage

this property is just darling. The apartment itself is lovely and beautifully styled. and the roof terrace is too gorgeous for words - the sunsets are worth staying in for. and it’s a quiet break from the tourist madness 5mins down the street

Unfortunately, the steps to the kitchen and family room were a steep climb. It would have been nice to have a few tea bags and sugar packs available. As well, more toilet paper and a roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Please consider providing hand soap in addition to the small bottles of shampoo/body wash.

The apartment is a nice size and true to the pictures advertised. It feels like a house, except you must climb and keep climbing steps to finally get inside. The view from the roof balcony was lovely. There were extra pillows and blankets if needed. I appreciated the new hair dryer and would have loved to wash a load of clothes if we had time since a washer and large drying rack was available.
